PROVN OF 33/11KV TRANSFORMER of 3 MVA CAPACITY AND CONNECTED ITEMS FOR 33 KV MAIN RECEIVING STATION (MRS) AT DAHUNG (PH-III) UNDER PARA 36 OF DWP 2020

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Energy Efficient Power Transformer, platform mounted, 33 KV on primary side and 11 KV on Secondary side, capacity 3150 KVA, step down, outdoor type, 50 Hz, AC, double wound core type copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled (ONAN) type, with external cooling tubes/fins, winding shall be made with 99.9% pure electrolytic grade copper as per IEC 60076, transformer delta connection on primary side (33KV) and star connection on secondary side (11 KV) in accordance with vector symbol DYn-11 and having taping at of +5.0 % to -15% in equal steps of 2.5% changed by means of On load load tap changing arrangement. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS. Transformer oil shall be as per IS 335:1993. The limit of temperature rise after continuous full load run as specified in IS 2026, shall be suitable adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temperature prevailing at site (Dahung). Particular specifications shall be referred for detailed specifications. The transformer shall be completed with following fittings and accessories:- (a) Cable boxes on 11 KV secondary side with bare bushing. (b) HV bare bushing on 33 KV side. (c) Oil conservator with oil filling hole, cap, drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating silica gel breather with connecting pipe along with first fill of dehydrating agent and oil seal. (e) Explosion relief vent mounted on tank with double diaphragm and equalizer pipe connection to conservator air space (pressure release device). (f) Air release plug. (g) Shutoff valve between the conservator and bucholz relay. (h) Drain valve with threaded adapter. (j) Filter valve with threaded adapter (Top and bottom). (k) Thermometer pocket alongwith thermometer. (l) Inspection cover. (m) Jacking pads, handling and lifting lugs. (n) Bi-directional Rollers type four Nos. Wheels. (o) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (p) Extra bushing for neutral brought out side the secondary side for neutral earthing. (q) Hand hole of sufficient size to assess the interior of the tank. (r) First filling of transformer oil. (s) Cover lifting eyes. (t) Double float Bucholz relay with trip and alarm contacts. (u) Pressure release valve with one set of trip contact. (v) Magnetic oil level gauge with LLA. (w) Marshalling box containing Oil temperature indicator and winding temperature indicator. (x) Earthing Pads, Monogram plate. (y) 150 mm dial type thermometer for oil temperature indicator having range 0-120 degree centigrade vapour pressure type with maximum reading pointer/Max temperature indicator and resetting device with alarm/trip contact and additional contacts for switching on or the cooling fan. (z) Winding temperature indicator 150 mm dia with 2 Sets of contacts alarm + trip. (za) Shut off valve between cooling tubes and tank. (zb) Dial type WTI with A/T contacts. (zc) Dial type OTI with A/T contacts. (zd) Necessary control cables and all other required accessories to connect, Buchholz Relay, WTI, OTI and any other trip coils with indoor control Panel of 33 KV VCB. (ze) On load tap changer with RTCC and AVR. (zf) The oil temperature and winding temperature gauges shall be housed on a MS box and size shall be 0.6Mx0.6Mx0.3M with hinged door and having glass 3 mm thick front side of the box and provision for entry of cables and compression glands. (zg) Platform constructed with PCC/Brick Work and finished with cement plaster in C:M 1:4 all as per manufacturer's recommendations including working space all around as per IE Rules-1958. Make of Transformer : VOLTAMP (Vadodara) / Indian Transformers and Electricals Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon/ Schneider / Alstom / Seimens / ABB LTD / Crompton Greaves. Note No. 1: Contractor shall arrange for factory visit for Rep of Accepting Officer to check Routine tests as Per IS: 2026 and including the following:- Note No. 2. The cost etc for testing of transformer shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Note No. 3. Maximum losses of transformer shall not exceed values as that for at least three star rating transformer specified by Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE). I.e Maximum allowable losses at 50 % of full load shall be 0.70 % and Maximum allowable losses at full load shall be 0.98%. The altitude of 1600 mtrs from sea level to be considered in design of transfomer Note No. 4. The transformer shall be energy efficient type with core made up of high grade Cold Rolled Grain Oriented (CRGO) sheets. Scrap CRGO material shall not be used for manufacturing of transformer. Note No 5. Prior to manufacture, the contractor will submit drawing and design details of transformer for approval of GE. Note No 6. After installation of transformer at site, the pre-commissioning test shall be carried out by SEI/EI/Rep of Accepting Officer and cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning HT 33 KV, SF6 circuit breaker 630 Amps, Minimum 21 KA ( 1 Sec) rupturing capacity 350 MVA outdoor type of having motorized mechanism with indoor control and relay panel SCADA Compatible, including control cables , lightning impulse withstand voltage (KVpeak)-170, Power frequency withstand voltage (dry) (KV rms)-70 with the following :- Make : ABB/ AREVA /Schneider Electric/Siemens (a) The circuit breaker and earthing switches shall be lockable in the open or, closed position by suitable number of padlocks of suitable size. (b) Motorized spring charging mechanism with 110 Volt DC universal motor 200 watt ,charging time less than 15 second. (c) SF6 circuit breaker unit shall also comprising the following (i) Electrically charged and electrically operated independent closing /tripping ,trip free ,operating mechanism including manual closing/ tripping push button and breaker closed/open, spring charge/discharge indication. (ii) Mechanical operation counter - 01 No (iii) Electrical closing coil operated on 110 volts DC supply - 01 No (iv) Shunt tripping coil operated on 110 volts DC supply - 01 No (d) Self powered solid state Numerical O/C & E/F relay for complete protection of HT, 33 KV, three phase feeder having facility to record fault current with date & time with suitable communicable port. Make : AREVA - MICOM Series modle- MIOM P-127 /Equivalent of ABB. (e) Master Trip Relay duly connected with all other relays, including Bucholz , WTI, OTI and any other Trip Relay provided in Transformer. (f) Digital intelligent panel meter indicating line current, line voltage, power factor, KVAR, KVA, frequency, voltage and current harmonics etc. with accuracy 1.0 for active energy. Make : QUASAR of L&T. (g) One set of indication lamp (LED) type for ON/OFF indication (h) One set of indication lamp (LED) type for spring charging and three Nos. indication lamp RYB phase indication Note:(a) Contractor shall arrange for factory visit of rep of accepting officer to carry out Routine &Type Test ( Non destructive) Note (b). The labour & material including transportation cost for installation and modification of existing floor/foundation /cable duct if required at site shall be deemed to be included in rate quoted above. Note(c) The SF6 breaker shall conform to all relevant IEC standards and IS standards. Note (d) Any item missed out above but is technically required for safe and proper operation of equipment shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of single phase oil type outdoor type dual core dual ratio current transformer for main incomer as well as transformer protection suitable for 33 KV , Single Phase, 50 HZ and 15 VA Burden with fault level of 25 KA for 3 seconds and creep age 31.0 mm/kv conforming to relevant IS, (i) Core 1: 100-50/1 or 5, Accuracy Class 5 P 10, (ii) Core 2: 100-50/1 or 5 , Accuracy class 0.5, 15 VA and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply installation testing and commissioning of type potential transformer with outdoor type dry type fault level of 25 KA for 3 seconds and creep age 31.0 mm/kv conforming relevant IS. (i) Winding 1 : 33KV/√3 : 110V/√3, 0.2 Class 100 VA & Winding 2 : 33KV/√3 : 110v/√3, 0.2 Class 100 VA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning indoor type panels shall be constructed from CRCA/ Aluminium Zinc coated steel sheet of 2 mm thickness, floor mounted metal enclosed, 11 KV VCB panel with 1 No VCBs ( 1 OUTGOINGS), totally enclosed and fully interlocked, horizontal draw out, horizontal isolation type breaker as per IEC-62271-1,100,200, as amended up to date and additional Specifications, having capacities as mentioned below, single break, trip free mechanism, manually charged and manually closing breaker suitable for use on 11 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply with short circuit fault level of 26.3kA for 3 sec , Panel shall be full internal arc tested i.e. in all three chambers at 26.3kA for 1 sec for safety purpose (AFLR). compete with self contained, fully interlocked, rack in and rack out mechanism, air insulated HT sleeved (PVC sleeve is not accepted) self supported copper bus bars of 630 amps capacity, breaker featured with mechanical ON/ OFF indicator with hand trip coil and auxiliary switch of 4 NO+4NC and equipped with following switchgears and accessories. Make of Vacuum interrupter, circuit breaker, Panel, relays & meters shall be same. Cable compartment suitable for 2RX3C x 240 sq. mm XLPE 11 KV cable (Cable entry from bottom) end termination with heat shrinkable jointing material etc as reqd. There must be a viewing window on VCB chamber door and same must be as per Internal arc test report. The basic insulation level of entire panel shall be 28KV(RMS) / 75KV(Peak) Outgoing - 1 No- 630 Amp VCB and each shall be consisting of (a) 630 Amp VCB - 1 Nos (b) Digital type multi function meter & Digital ammeter-1 Nos. (c) Flush mounted type Microprocessor based numercial IDMT relay with O/L, E/L and S/C, Arc fault protection communicable on modbus protocal for protection and Status monitoring with Master trip and Trip Ckt Supervision relay. Relay shall have programable 4 digital Inputs and 6 outputs- 1 Nos. (d) Dual core dual ratio 3 CTs 100/50/1 A of 5 VA burden and accuracy Class-0.5 for metering and class 5P10 for protection - 3 Nos. (e) Annunciator -8 Window- 1 Nos (f) Hooter - 1 Nos (g) Flash mounted Aux. Relay as required for OTI, WTI & Buchloz Alarm & Trip functions (h)Trip super vision Relay - 1 Nos.
