Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of oil free oxygen Gas Booster compressor ,and making necessary connection with oxygen generating plant and providing all necessary fixing arrangement for making plant functional,with following specification:- complete with safety control and metering equipment mounted on common base frame on new PCC foundation required at site and as recommended by manufacturer, complete all as specified and as directed comprising of the following. Make :-Maruti Pneumatic/ Rix Gas compressor/ Maximator Gas booster ( any one Make as approved by AGE(I)

Supply ,installation,testing and commissioning of oxygen ramp filling platform with 4 point manifold with SRV , Pressure Gauge , Pigtails main valve,alongwith copper annealed end brass adapter suitable for oxygen cylinder,manifold should have top,middle and bottom frames made out of high pressure copper pipes of suitable size high tensile brass fitting and connection, pig tail pipe, non return valve etc and hydraulically tested at 3500 Psi complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge and AGE(I)Note:- All cylinder should be protected by suitable size of chain link system including foundation work.

Note for item No.01 & 02 :- All necessary materials and labour required for connecting the booster pumps with oxygen generating plant and oxygen ramp filling plateform will be provided by the firm witout any extra Cost. The cost of Materials and Labour are deemed to be included in the quoted rates of items.
