13.31 Providing and applying cement slurry on old CC / RCC / Brick works in joints to receive new and fresh CC / RCC / Brick works including roughening and cleaning the old surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

8.128 Providing and fixing factory made Pre-laminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board with one side decorative finish and other side balancing laminationconforming to IS: 12823 Grade I Type II, of approved design, and edges sealed with water resistant paint and lipped with aluminium 'U' type edge beading all-round the shutter, including fixing with angle cleat, grip strip, cadmium plated steel screws including fixing of aluminium hinges 100x63x4 mm etc. complete as per architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Cost of 'U' beading and hinges will be paid for separately). 8.128.1 25 mm thick.

13.30 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:-13.30.2 With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

13.16 Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: 13.16.1 Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm

19.7 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.Internal work - Exposed on wall19.7.3 25 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes

11.55 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes (working pressure 4 kg/cm2) conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :11.55.2 Single socketed pipe - 110 mm OD

19.48 Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflowpipes but without fittings and the base support fortank.

8.19 Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veeners on both faces of shutters. 8.19.1 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.
