REPAIR MAINT OF ROOF TREATMENT, FALSE CEILING, WALL TILING ETC AT OTM ACCN OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE ROORKEE

Taking down old existing water proofing treatment from the top of RCC/arch slab, including taking down existing PCC padding or plaster and hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish off the premises including taking down of existing steel water tubing for water supply and re-fixing of water tubing after application of roof treatment complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Mud Phuska in roofs,any thickness including plastering and leeping of any thickness upto 30cm deep complete all as specified and directed.(Note: All roots of plant on either on wall or roof to be removed and making good the distributed surfaces. The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be included in the unit rates including removal of mud phuska outside defence land.)

M&L Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone agg) as in roof levelling, finished even and fair, PCC Gola, hold fast cills/steps/coping etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on 15mm thick cement mortar (1:6) and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on RCC surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 2% by weight of cement finished even and fair without using extra cement on roof surface and wall (WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only rate)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked.

M&L for roof treatment with polymeric membrane (APP based) with non woven polyester mat as reinforcement with following:- (a) M&L for providing & laying a coat of cold applied bitumen 85/25 based primer on entire surface @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm on dry and clean surface. (b) M&L for providing & laying APP based polymeric membrane of 3 mm thickness of weight of 3.5 Kg/Sqm with non woven polyester fibre as reinforcement on primed surface by torch application with side over laps & joints over laps etc as per manufacturers instruction. (c) M&L for finishing of top surface by two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm grouted all as specified and as per manufacturers instruction

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for coloured joint free Non-skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x300/300X200 7-8mm thick set and jointed in skirting over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 pointed neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match.

M&L coloured non skid tile 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm n exc. 0.36 sqm in floor etc. set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in colur cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured non skid tile 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm n exc. 0.36 sqm in vertical surface/ suck as skirting and dado etc set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in colur cement to match including 10 mm thick back plaster in cm (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC Wall Paneling 4 to 5mm thick consisting of Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of designer tiles (high pressure steam Cured) of 4 mm thickness (as per IS:14862) of size 595x595mm and approved design in true horizontal level, suspended on inner locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grms, both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32mm made from 0.3mm thick MS powder coated/GI sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main “T” at 600mm C/C to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondly cross “T” of length 600mm and size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm thick MS powder coated/GI sheet to be interlocked at middle of 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle 15x20x0.36mm and laying false ceiling tiles and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main ‘T’ runner to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats/by using dash fastners to RCC lintel or slabs/ by welding MS cleats of suitable size on truss/purlin/rafters” GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with galvanized butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200mm c/c along main “T”, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all “T” sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint and black painted groove at center of size 4mm depth and 4.5 mm width, at all heights as per directions complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Double Rollers blinds utilize two layer of fabric, quality of approved make fabric made of 100% polyester woven fabric thickness 0.40mm with Acrylic coating resistance to Cracking & Fraying and treated for dust repellency, UV proof , virtually maintenance free having plastic bottom chain thickness of chain-0.50mm and diameter-3mm, Plastic with metal bottom weight - 116.20mmX48.30mm and suitable coating on exterior, including all fixtures and fittings complete in all respect as per design/color/ shade including requisite installation brackets etc as required for installation at site with anchoring arrangements complete as directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof covering complete all as directed.

M&L for pre-painted, galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet, 0.50 mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa AZ-150, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume zinc coated GI based plain sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, AZ-150 fixed as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridges, valley gutter etc with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
