Taking down carefully (copper/aluminum) unsv point wiring complete of any type (batten/surface conduit or concealed) for light point, fan point, bell point, socket point or power point including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing material for taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor or ceiling to match with existing surface and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from main switch boards/cut out boxes/MCB DBs complete sealing the cable end and making good disturbed surface by walls etc.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from fitting and fixtures such as ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings, street light, flood LED lights etc all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded FRLS copper conductor single core 1.5sqmm (nominal area) cable using approved colour code as per IS drawing in and incl PVC casing and capping with all accessories suitable for modular type fitment including joint boxes, terminal boxes etc complete along with copper earth wire PVC insulated & unsheathed multi stranded (FRLS) copper conductor cable of size 1.5sqmm as continuous earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: Modular metal boxes will be measured & paid seperately.

Periodical maintenance / servicing of solar water heater,flat plate collector type/ glass tube collector type, storage type with electrical backup of capacity 100 - 300 litres, as per manufacturer instruction comprising of the following works at different locations at GE (AF) Jamnagar. (a) Complete cleaning of solar system, removing of dirt dust etc. (b) Cleaning of heating surface glass with glass cleaning solution. (c) Opening of cold & hot water connection draining out deposited water removing of mud turbidity etc & cleaning with fresh water. (d) Checking of Non return valve, Electrical backup system & sacrificial anode & tighten the connection. (e) Checking of glass holding tube joint & rectification of leakage. (g) Replacement of unserviceable spare part will be carried out under respective item only. Note:- (i) Unserviceable spares parts will be measured & paid separately as supply only. (ii) Work shall be executed through Authorised service technician of Tata Solar BP / Delta./Red ren (iii) Contractor shall submit the documentary evidence of Authorised service technician for the approval of GE before commencement of work.
