Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc1.5 m in depth and getting outcomplete.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cracking, bending, spirally for hopping for columns hookings ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less the 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete.

-do- but 5mm dia and over upto and incl 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in two layer on fair faces of brick work or concrete sur-faces of wall 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturers instructiion for finished even and smooth without using extra cement over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Supply only Integral water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on external wall.

M& L for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M & L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6

M&L Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including backing coat 10 mm thick in CM 1:4

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in coppings complete as as specified and directed

M& L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, Type B0 1 :2:4(12.5mm graded aggragate), set in CM 1:4, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all,mouldings but excluding frame all as specified and as directed.
