Labour Only for attending Complaints of any type of fault of central Ac plant, package type AC plant, casette Type ac, chiller unit, Duct Acs, AHU, cooling tower and any type of fault in condenser/cooling tower motors of any HP and its allied electrical repairs at different locations under GE(A) no.1 Jodhpur carrying out necessary repairs at site by replacing unservicable spares unscrewing from position, complete all as specified and directed and specified . NOTE :necessary spare parts reqyired to required at site shall be measured and paid seprately under relevant items .contractor shall arrange necessary transportation to bring the taken down parts for repair/ replacement

Material and Labour for repairing /servicing / cleaning /testing complete of 120 TR capacity chiller unit of Voltas make complete with replacement of worn out /unserviceable parts and reassembling the same after complete repair with accessories as nut, bolts, washers etc installation on existing foundation coupling with existing electrical motor with proper alignment including testing, commissioning complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge Note :- Servicing work of chiller unit to be done by Basic chemical of approved make with preventing equipment from cleanser and avoiding any hazard to human being from chemical reaction.Testing shall be done for leak test, vaccum test, insulation, HV, wiring and performance test with complete . All spares parts as required for repair /servicing shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item 2 of Sch 'A'.

Material and Labour for servicing and testing complete of 5/7.5/10 TR compressor package type unit with replacement of worn out /unserviceable parts and re fixing the same after complete servicing with accessories such as nut, bolts, washers etc. including testing, commissioning complete to the entire Satisfaction of Engr-in-charge Note :- (i) Condensor/Chiller coil cleaning by Basic chemical of approved make with preventing equipment from cleanser and avoiding any hazard to human being from chemical reaction. Testing shall be done for leak test, vaccum test, insulation, HV, wiring and performance test with complete test report with actual reading and read standerd parameter reading duly signed by HVAC maint Engineer/Tech of reputed firm. Material and labour for descaling of condenser, evacution of gas from the system after opening from both side and using the descaling compound and brushes with long iron rod to clean the deposition in side the copper tubes and check the water flow in side the tubes including replacement of gasket set, nuts and bolt all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Condensor/Chiller coil cleaning by Basic chemical of approved make with preventing equipment from cleanser and avoiding any hazard to human being from chemical reaction. Material and labour for descaling of Chiller,cooling coils, after opening from both side and, removing the complete insulation and ereaasembing back ,including fillinf of fresh water, insulation testing complete as specified and directed. Note :- Condensor/Chiller coil cleaning by Basic chemical of approved make with preventing equipment from cleanser and avoiding any hazard to human being from chemical reaction. Following capacity are (a) 120 TR AC Plant

Material and Labour for cleaning, servicing of cooling tower with cleaning agent complete pipe lines, and FRP tank, greasing, servicing of cooling tower, motor and fan & make the necessary alignment Note :- Condensor/Chiller coil cleaning by Basic chemical of approved make with preventing equipment from cleanser and avoiding any hazard to human being from chemical reaction.for the following capacity are : (a) 240 TR AC plant

Material and labour for replacement unserviceable ball bearing of Cooling Tower including all necessary lathe works as required and greasing etc complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Following capacity of (a) 240 TR

Material and labour for repair/overhauling of centrifugal monoblock pump set motor of 5/7.5 HP by opening Gland bush , studs, nuts & washers Ball bearing of pump set Remetling grinding and polishing of pump shaft to required size Gland packing ,replacement of pump bearings and making its proper alignment etc & refixing after repair all as directed .

All as per item No. 15.00 here- in-before but 10.0 HP

Disconnecting the electrical connection and taking down the burnt out cooling tower motor of capacity 01/02/03 Hp from any location and transporting to workshop for repair, dismantling the motor & taking out burnout copper winding and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire as pr existing gauge including replacement of bering & correcting minor defects reassembling, transporting motor from workshop to site, reinstalled at site, reconnecting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note :- Contractor must ensure reinstallation of motor and make motor functional after rewinding within 48 Hrs of receiving the complaint. Any delay will be fined Rs 1000 per hour

Disconnecting the electrical connection and taking down the burnt out motor of monoblock pumpset of capacity 05/7.5 Hp from any location and transporting to workshop for repair, dismantling the pumpset & taking out burnout copper winding and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire as pr existing gauge including replacement of bering & correcting minor defects reassembling, transporting monoblock pumpset from workshop to site, reinstalled at site, reconnecting, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Note :- Contractor must ensure reinstallation of pumpset and make the plant functional after rewinding within 48 Hrs of receiving the complaint. Any delay will be fined for Rs 1000 per hour

M&L checking of split type three phase air conditioner of any make / capacity 7.5/5.5/3.76/ 3.0 in location and position at any site in AA Jodhpur including necessary servicing ie: electrical connection /wiring, Capacitors, condenser, blower fan motor, Gas Pressure, both end bushes of approved quality ,cooling coil , micro filter and testing for proper functioning of split type air conditioner.

M&L Servicing of split type three phase air conditioner (Duct / cassette) of any make / capacity 7.5/5/5.5/3.76/ 3.0/ in location and position at any site in AA Jodhpur including necessary servicing ie: electrical connection /wiring, Capacitors, condenser, blower fan motor, Gas Pressure, both end bushes of approved quality ,cooling coil , micro filter and testing for proper functioning of split type air conditioner.
