Special Repair to Zonal Hospital complex Block C at Dharamshala, Distt. Kangra H.P. Deposit work

Removal and Re- Installation of D.C. Solar Panel (100 Kwp) including material handling, repair & maintenance and commissioning the same and additional/ missing spare parts required as per site condition, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 (fifty) metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge Nominal concrete 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded stone aggregate) or richer mix including equivalent design mix, including carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design ,specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and qutters etcetera and stacking the material within 50 (fifty) metres lead of G.S. sheet within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government. (The recovery of old sheets after dismantled roof shall be recover @65/- Rupees per /Sqm.

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 mtr. (fifty metre) lead, including carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design ,specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (Zero decimal Six Zero milimetres) thick prepainted steel sheet ISI marked - Z 120 of Tata Durashine/ Sail / Reliance / Jindal steel in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks,bolts and nuts with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required including carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design ,specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing pre-painted steel sheet ridge (factory made) having proper Gola shape or hips of TATA Durashine / Reliance / Jindal Steel corrugation of steel sheet 60cm (sixty centimetre) over all with 0.60mm (zero decimal six zero millimetre) thick prepainted sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regulat modified polyster organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating + back coating of polyster of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six millimetre) dia prepainted bitumen washers etc. complete in all respect including carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design ,specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing valleys 90 cm (ninety centimetres) over all over all with 0.60mm (Zero decimal Six zero milimetres) thick prepainted sheet ISI marked - Z 120 of sail / TATA / reliance / Jindal roofing with hot dipped metallic Zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester (RMP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (five) micron primer coating, back coat of polyster of 5 (Five) microns including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six milimetres) diametres with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required, including carriage of materials ,within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design , specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing flashing 38cm (thirty eight centimetre) overall with 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm ( sixty milimetres diametres & prepainted G.I. limpet & bitumen washers complete with all accessories, including carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design ,specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections of TATA/SAIL joists channels, angles, tees with connection plates or angles, cleat as in trusses, trussed purlins main and cross beams, hips jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like in building including cutting, fixing, lifting, hoisting and placing in position complete and applying a coat of red lead paint, including carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design ,specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing plain M.S. B.P. sheet TATA/SAIL/JINDAL 2.00 mm (Two decimal zero millimeter) thick fixed in eaves board / facia / soffits /ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel rafter, member and applying a coat of red lead primer with gas/ electric welding in position complete (frame work is to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage of materials , within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design, specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
