Contract No: SIL/CANTEEN/PT-02/2020 IMPORTANT NOTE: 1. Party should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid. 2. Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in HIGHLIGHTED coloured cells, without changing any format 3. The below mentioned rates are inclusive of all charges except GST 4. Goods & Services Tax (GST) will be paid extra as per actuals which is currently 18%. 5.The payment of all items will be paid as per % rate quoted by the Bidder in BoQ sheet. 6. Tenderer to quote rates within (+/- 10%) of the estimated rate. If quoted outside +-10% then the tenderer have to give a declaration for fulfilling all the requirements specified in the tender document SPECIAL INSTRUCTION TO TENDERERS point 5. 7.The rate finalised shall be valid for the entire period of contract subject to escalation / deescalation of Minimum wages.
