Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

20 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: in cement mortar 1:6

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m² sqm

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 600x600mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour of NITCO, NTC, GICO in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete including cost of tiles where required to be cut i/c carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Providing and fixing Powder coated in aluminium door, window,ventilator shutters, frames ,glazing i/c glass panes and both sides limited board for doors/partition etc with PVC/neoprens gasket etc.complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In_charge . Aluminum FRAME OF DOOR AND WINDOW ETC. i/c Handles , Tower bolts, locks complete in all respect. ( Market rates)
