Taking out alternator from the DG set of capacity 500 KVA after disconnecting all electric connections, removing rotor from the starter, decarbonate the rotor slots and including rewinding to CT coils complete with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate size, gauge, turns including insulating material, varnishing and replacing rear and front bearing, greasing of alternator, reassembling and refixing with engine and refixing all components of alternator and mounting the same on the existing foundation, aligning the alternator with engine including transportation and testing on load complete as directed

Maintenance/serviceing of EOT 02 Ton (electrically operated cranes) by the following method:- (i) Replacement of gear oil in gear boxes. (ii) Grease the whole crane. (iii) Before ferilling the gear boxes clean the gear box for inside and outside by using deisel. (iv) Checking the wheel condition. (v) If thruster breaks are used check the level of oil in it. If required to be refilled, refilled the same. (vi) Check the working of the break if required to change, then change the same. (vii) Checking the connections of motors. (viii) Check the condition of motors if required to be rewind, rewind the same. (ix) Checking the condition of couplings. If required to be change, change the same. (x) Check the nuts & bolts fitted on the crane. If required to be then change the same. (xi) Check the wire rope of the crane. If required to be replaced, replaced the same. (xii) Check the condition of power cables fitted on the crane. If required to be change, change the same. (xiii) Check the break shoe fitted on the break of the crane, If required to be replaced, replaced the same. (xiv) Check the limit switch fitted on the crane, if found unsv replaced the same. (xv) Check step down transformer, single phase preventer, thermal block, MCB, HRC and DBR, if found unsv repalced the same. (xvi) If VFD installed check the same, if found unsv replaced the same and check all the motions of VFD. (xvii) Check the pendent, if element and push buttons found unsv replaced the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes for srl No 264 & 308 to 310: 1. Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items as supply only in replacement . 2. parts replaced shall be identical to those specified by original manufacture. 3.
