M & L for Kota stone slab 18 to 20 mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting , dado laid over and including 10mm thick cement screed (1:4) jointed all as specified and directed.

(b) M&L for applying evenly one coat of polymeric modified bituminious primer @ 0.30Kg/Sqm all as specified.

(c) M&L for providing APP based 5 layer polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application as per manufactur's instruction and shall be applied by authorised person of the company complete all as specified and directed.

(d) M&L applyling a coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and finishing the top surface by two coat of alluminium paints@ 0.10 Kg/Sqm.

(e) M&L for carrying out test by filling of water for conteneous 48 hours and providing plaster template of size 450x450mm,10mm thick in CM 1:4 and engraving CA No/Firm name/date all as specified and directed.

M&L 20 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3( in two layers) concrete surface finished even fair using XPM in beteen two layers all as specified ( XPM shall be paid seperatly)

Expended metal nexc 4 Kg/Sqm ,cut to length bent to shape as required and t fixed with existing steel with mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm.
