Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes and similar works etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly and grouted in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete.

M&L for boring holes 2 m deep in soil for 300mm dia under-reamed piles and getting out and disposal of spoil to a distance of n exc. 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item no 4.00 above, but for exceeding 2m depth (each metre depth to be measured and intermediate depths to be paid prorata) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation ,filling , mass concrete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for M-25 RCC using 20 mm graded aggregate in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft & raft beams, sides & soffits of foundation & plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers,columns, and stanchions fair finished surfaces of concrete Square, rectangular or polygonal complete.

M&L MS steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length ,bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and directed.

M&L MS steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 8mm diaas in reinforcement, cut to length ,bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolled mild steel sections,angle iron and square bars of any size any thickness as in brackets,framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates etc.including cutting, notching, driling, fitting,rivetting and/or welding with fish plates, gusset plates of grade E-250 Fe 410-W, quality-A etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for connecting plates, plain or chequered and channels of any thickness including cutting, notching, driling, fitting,rivetting and/or welding with fish plates, gusset plates of grade E-250 Fe 410-W, quality-A etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for MS rolled section of joists, ISMBs (200/250 mm) /Channels etc.fixed independantly or as in beams with other connecting members fixed with cleats, angles or plates etc.including cutting, welding rivetting and lowering/fixing in position as required at site as shown on drawing attached with tender documents and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of heavy duty galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each line wire shall be measured.

Supply and fix galvanised steel punched type concertina coil of 1050mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched with Nos. of circles 50, Nos. of clips 230 with weight 15.60 kg/ coil and recommended and average coverage area is 6 RM/ coil) and fixed to angle iron post/ struts with 3.15mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut bolt of length not exceeding 30 cm long and one side embedded in concrete posts to fix fencing wire, dia of neck 12 mm complete.

M&L old size Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls finished even & smooth with out using extra cement.

Notes:- 1.Bidders shall refer the drawings attached with tender documents while quoting the rates. 2. Bidders shall visit the site for before quoting the rates.
