Repair and maintenance contract of civil works in Terminal building, City side and Airside area for the year 2026-27 at C.A. Keshod

Executing all itmes available in CPWD DSR 2023 and Additional Miscellaneous Item( Sr 27.1 to 27.80 from page no BOQ 01 to BOQ 13). The agency shall be liable to execute any item(s) available in CPWD DSR 2023 and Additional Miscellaneous Item schedule of tender document. The payment shall be worked out by summing up the results(s) of quantities executed of various item (s) multiplied with their respective rate mentioned in DSR 2023 and additional miscellaneous item schedule multiplied by 82.46% to bring down the rates of DSR 2023 and Additional Miscellaneous Item schedule without GST (except for the AMI item sr no 27.1,27.2,27.3,27.4 and 27.5) and then further multiplying with the % quoted by the contractor (except for the AMI item sr no 27.1,27.2,27.3,27.4 and 27.5) as per this percentage price schedule. While quoting the % above / below on the rates of DSR 2023 and Additional Miscellaneous Item, the agency has to remember of quote his % rate excluding GST. The GST shall be reimbursed to the agency on production of valid Goods and Service tax invoice. (Note: Quoted rate is to be considered as Quoted percentage in word and figure)
