PROVISION OF RECD ON GENERATOR SET UNDER GE (ARMY) NO 2 JODHPUR

Supply,installation, testing and commissioning of Retrofitted emmision control device (RECD) approved by CPCB for family of DG set and should have COP suitable for 100 kVA Diesel Generator set of any make complete all as specified and directed and having following specifications:- • DG safety Alarm system included • Material Construction - SS304 • Temperature Indication and monitoring • Pressure Indication and monitoring • PM Capture/PM reduction capacity 85-90% • High Heat Resistance • Low exhaust Resistance • Easy to Install. * Durability period should be 4000 hrs or 12 years whichever is earlier Make/ Manufacturer : Cummins Technologies India Pvt Ltd / Inventive Gas Equipment / PI Green Innovations Pvt Ltd/Novorbis Itus Pvt Ltd Note: (i) Emission test report of engine before and after installation should be submitted by the contractor (ii) Device Should be type Approved CPCB for family of DG sets and required (iii) Contractor should submit OEM authorization Certificate (iv) The device including enclosure should include an Oxidation chamber and Passive Regeneration Trap. A manual valve be given after the first stage ( Oxidation stage) and before the second stage (Passive Regeneration Trap) of the DOFF, Noise attenuation is with in the permissible limits, Equipped with mechanical pressure relief system, capturing chamber made of resistance process, treated mild steel etc. as required.(v) The RECD device provided by the seller should be equipped with a remote Data Monitoring system certified by ICAT/ ARAI providing essential information recorded at every 15 minutes, including but not limited to : a. Energy consumption. b. Running Hours. c. warning related to ECD diagnosis for the following conditions: * Complete loss of particulatecapture function. * Removal of the ECD system. * Failure of ECD system. * Detection of exhaust bypass, temporary or permanent, as part of field/ operator tampering. (vi) Engine performance and noise level should not be effected after the installation of the RECD. (vii) Contractor and RECD manufacture should visit DG set for the selection of RECD (viii) The installation work of Emission Control Retrofit Device includes any type of support structure mechining, Tools & Plants and materials required and deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ix) Details of RECD installed to ne labelled on DG set after installation as per CPCB standards. (x) Operators to trained and safety instruction and operating proceedures to be displayed after the installation of RECD. (xi) Drawing of RECD should be approved by acceptig officer before execution. (xii) Half yearly Maintenance with back purge upto defect liability period is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(xiii)Factory visit of device by Engineer in charge for approval is required before installation which is to be arranged by contractor. (xiv) Servicing of DG sets, replacement of filters etc if required for the proper functioning of RECD to be carriede out by the contractor and deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

All as per item No 1 above but suitable Retrofit Emission Control Device for 125 kVA Diesel Generator set of any make complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 above but suitable Retrofit Emission Control Device for 200 kVA Diesel Generator set of any make complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 above but suitable Retrofit Emission Control Device for 160 kVA Diesel Generator set of any make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of DG AMF controller with LCD display to monitor multiple parameters, universal compatibility, button lay out with labelled terminals and self start function including all control wiring and installation kit with silicone gasket for sealing and detailed installation manual for settings all as specified and directed.
