Note for serial item Nos 1 to 6 : a) The Maintenance of the lifts shall be done through OEM or firm authorized by the OEM only. b) The parts being replaced /repaired shall be genuine and from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and approved by AGE (I) (CG) Vizag. c) Replacement of Controller mother board, controller mcb's, controller transformers, controller Choke for vfd, breaking resistors, controller logic cards, hall landing & car Indicator cards, cop logic & amplification cards, alarm card, alarm speaker,Thermal over load relay, cop & hall landing buttons and its pcb's, brake coil,Direction and speed sensing limit switches, floor detection switches (reed/ optical),SMPS, all type of grease cups, gear oil, motor oil, isolation rubber pads, tension Device with weight, roller and limit switch of osg, speed detection magnets / vens, Door electrical contacts / contact bridges, door track rollers, lock rollers, door Syncronizing rope, encoder for door motor, door self closing tension spring, all Type of limit switches/gong switches, car and cwt shoe liner, door belt and Accessories, door motor belt, door coupler & accessories, landing door lock lever Assembly, door sensor power pack, replacement of door motor bearing, car frame & cwt frame accessories, replacement of pulley bearing, grease, lubricating oil will be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the Bidder. d) All software update required for smooth functioning of Lift shall be undertaken by the OEM only. e) Periodical Servicing of each lift to be carried out by Company technician and records/logbook shall be maintained at Engineer-in charge.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (ESSENTIAL REPAIRS)

Supply and fix in repairs travelling cable copper conductor 12 core 0.75 Sqmm PVC insulated for 16 Passenger capacity lift complete as all specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs steel wire rope 13 mm dia 8 / 19 in construction lift duty fibre main core. Make Usha Martin as per IS - 2365 complete as all specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs ARD control system including PC cards/ dioders, commissioning and testing complete as all specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs maintenance free battery 12 Volt, 17 AH, make exide including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for rewinding of double speed electric motor 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415 Volts 18 Kw comprising of under mentioned activities for motors of the following capacities complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Disconnecting and removing electric motor from installed position, loading and unloading into motor vehicle and transporting to nearest workshop (ii) Dismantling existing burnt winding from motor,cleaning of rotor and rewinding complete with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge including insulation material as required (iii) Bringing back electric motor duly rewinded including loading and unloading, transporting from workshop to site of work including making necessary electric connections, commissioning and testing in actual working condition for 8 hrs continuously to check RPM, Ampere, load and overall performance (iv) Replacement of worn out ball bearings - 02 Nos. for each motor as per existing size and make, RPM complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs IGBT card to ARD system including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable automatic door operator drive and in lieu providing new automatic door operator drive with controller fitted on top of car lift including testing and commissioning etc suitable for 16 Passenger serving ground +13 floors, Johnson make lifts, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix repair replacement of door motor all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Taking out existing unserviceable cabin fan and in lieu providing new cabin fan, non-oscilating type,axial flow,single speed, 300 mm sweep, 240 volt, with grill, complete all as specified and directed Make :- EMCO / VBM / CINI

Taking out existing light fittings and Supply & Fix LED type, light fittings, 5 watt complete with all accessories. Make: BAJAJ/PHILIPS/Crompton/Havells as approved by the AGE (I)

Note 2: Makes of the Parts / accessories to be replaced under Schedule 'A" Part -II (ESSENTIAL REPAIRS) shall be all as per the Site , as directed and recommended by Engineer-in-Charge. Bidder shall visit the site for actual makes of the items existing at site before quoting the tender.
