75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates to use in subbase of floors of sunken portion laid in slope 1:40 to the surface of RCC slab shall be made even and smooth without using extra cement when concrete is still green complete all as directed by the E in charge.

Applying one coat of cold emulsion bitumenous primer @ .25kg/sqm shall applied on plastered surface including side walls. There after a layer of APP membrane 1.5mm thk as specified above shall be laid by torch application method as per manufacturer instructions

PCC (1:5:10) type E2 lean cement concrete using 40mm graded stone aggregates in mass concrete after carrying out satisfactorly testing of CI pipes/PVC pipes joints and slab walls by filling water for 72 hrs ,sunken portion of nahani trap/floor trap and pipe joints shall be embeded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 complete all as specified and directed..

32 mm dia bore light grade galvenised steel water tubing provided 30cm beyond wall surface to drain out leakage if any. The mouth of GI pipe shall have Gravel to avoided chocking. The top of sunken portion of RCC slab to be finished such that its slope towards spout.

Disconnectig existing tanks (exc 250 nexc 500 ltr) , setting aside ( or lovering if required ) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position . (cleaning repairing, etc. measured serately)
