OF 60000 KL DDFR CRUDE OIL TANKS AT VADINAR</></> Design, furnishing of drawings with complete bill of material for the scheme, supply of all materials including specified spares at site for AFFF (foam ) based Linear Hollow Metallic Tube type Detection / Two wired Linear Heat Detection cum Extinguishing system complete for 6 nos. of crude oil storage tanks (double deck floating roof tanks of diameter 66.0 meters and height 19.5 meters) at Vadinar consisting of storage vessels capacity minimum suitable for sufficient quantity AFFF solutions , stainless steel vessels having level detection device for AFFF fitted with structural stand, inert gas actuator, fire / heat sensing tubes made of SS316, safety valve, sun shade etc. control arrangements / system piping, fittings, support structures, associated cabling, Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of main fire alarm control panel, graphic display panel, client PC, operating system, HMI software & diagnostic software, providing potential free contacts for alarms and status for individual tanks to Owners PLC system, providing serial interface to Owner's PLC system, and supply & installation of instrumentation items such as pressure switch, pressure gauge etc. Control panel / junction box having multiple output facility to furnish healthy and fire status of individual tanks to suitable location outside tank dyke by providing suitable signal cabling, and all other associated items required for the scheme. Complete erection, installation, testing (by simulation and actuation of the system for each tank, temporary power supply to be provided by the contractor), commissioning, trial run including replenishment of AFFF during testing and carrying out all works as per the tender and as per the specifications / approved scheme / drawing etc.. carrying out painting of all vessels / structural with zinc phosphate primer to 50 micron followed by two coats of high build epoxy finish paint of 65 microns each to brand and shade as specified by Engineer-in -charge, including providing all inputs including laptop and necessary software for configuration of detection device and downloading of status, labour, tools and tackles etc. and handing over the system in satisfactory operating condition.
