RD road to Majhapada Road

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 mtr outside the periphery of the area and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per specification and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m complete and as per specification and as per the direction of Engineer In charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil within the initial lead & lift including dresssing & levelling the bed & deposition the excavated earth away from the site etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by manual means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)and as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by manual means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)and as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Filling sand Supplying & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded granular sub base Grading III material as per table 401-1, spreading in uniform layer with moter grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC ,and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (4 th Revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MOSRT&H including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying tack coat with penetration grade of bitumen emulsion (RS) of 0.20 Kg per Sqm after scraping cleaning the road surface including cost, conveyance royalty of all materials, T&P labour, hire charges of machinaries etc. complete as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MOSRT&H and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
