SCHEDULE 'A'

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

Removal of excavated material to a distance exc 500 mtr but n.exc. 1.5 km and depositing as directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, moulded or chamferred edges and like complete.

M&L cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone agg) in surface channels and drain.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete in but in landings, cover slabs (for man holes/ area drain etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete with joints to match.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)

M&L for nominal mix RCC 1:1.5: 3 , using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like.

Mild steel CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 13 here-in-before, but but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work such as rungs, handles to manholes, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 600mm bore RCC pipes class NP3 laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified.

M&L for plain Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate as in bed to drain pipes of 600mm dia including packing under and haunching against sides of pipes after they are laid all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and counter sunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all specified.

Plate girder or single stanchions as in tubular GI pipes of 100mm dia heavy class, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases, splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections grade Fe 410W (Gde-E-250) quality-A.

M&L two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any des-cription, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and well rammed including watering, complete all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n. exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15 mm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors all as specified.

M&L for laying machine pressed precast conctete interlocking reflective coloured pavers block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 55mm to 60mm thick, M-35 Grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L 25mm thick sand layer watering and ramming all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.
