Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3m. Height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead

Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard or gravelly soil including hard moorum, with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at place away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm size clean hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6 inch) thick to the required level ramming, watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with and royalties and all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required.

Fly ash brick masonary in cement mortar 1:6 after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in surper-structure with all necessary projections using kiln burnt bricks of 10 inch size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg per Sq.cm including splays cutting circular moulding, chamfering, corbelling, watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect.

16mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:6) over brick masonary with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of walls in all heights after raking out joints including watering and curing rounding the corners, providing grooves where ever with the cost and conveyance, royalities of all materials and labour with T&P and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directged by the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. (M 20) using 20mm and 10mm size crusher broken Chips including cost, conveyance, royalty taxesof all materials, labour and T&P require for the work etc. complete with cost of centring & shutterign etc.

Supplying and Straightening bent up or coiled rods, cutting, bending, crancking hooking welding or jointing (if required) the Tor Steel of SAIL/ RINL/ TATA/JINDAL/ SHYAM STEEL make with binding wires and binding tying the grills, hoisting, lowering & placing in proper position as required for all types of R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance of steel and binsding wire of of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all floors (weight of binding wires will not be considered for payment , and payment will be made on weight of Tor Steel Only.

Providing fixing and fitting with Industrial Vitrified tiles Flooring over 25mm thick bed of cm (1:1) with all cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes etc and labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect.

Supplying, Fitting and Fixing Vitrified Tile (Coloured/ printed series) over 25kmm thick bed of cm (1:1) Flooring ( 600 mm x 600 mm) with cost of convency all materials, labour tiles etc complete.
