Brick work in cm 1:5mix(one cement and five sand)usingcountry bricks ground maded of size 23 X11 X7 cm including curing,finishing and cost &conveyance of all materials etc., complete

Supplying and ercecting centering for sides centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lindala, beams, etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for Reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in floors etc., complete

RCC 1:1/2:3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items of work excluding items of works excludiing centering ,shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill,out including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and ixtures in rcc work

Plastering with cm 1:5 mix (one cement and five sand)to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc., as directed by departmentalofficers etc., complete complying with standard specifications

Plastering surfaces f RCC items such as slabs, beams, sunshades with cement mortor 1:3 -10mm thick including packing,providing cement mortor beading for sunshadeas staircase, steps,lands slabs etc., as directed by departmental officers etc.,

Paving the floor with Verified tils 0.60m X 0.6m X 0.008m in all floors over a base layer of cement mortor 1:3(one cement three sand)20mm thick laid in-situand pointed with same coloured cement as

Supplying and fixing P.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 100mm dia with necessary shoes, bends & clamps etc.,

Distembering two coats of oil bound distember using one coat of primer coat including cost & conveyance to size and all labour charges etc., complete

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion paint of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping, clean removal of dirt etc., complete

Painting two coats of new iron work with best quality synthertic enemal paint of approved quality and colour with priming coat including the cost all materials etc., complete in all floors

Fabricating supply and fixing position of MS Windows with two leave. The window outer frame will be 35 X35 X6mm MS angle, the shutter frame will be 25X25X6mm, MS angle intermediate stiffner will be 25X25X6mm flats
