Extension and Installation of Central Oxygen Pipe Line System

Medical Equipment :

10 MM X 0.6 MM Copper pipe drop point bedside [Oxygen & Vacuum] to Design, Fabricate, Supply, Install, Test, Paint and Commission of Seamless Copper Pipes with necessary bends, tees, reducers, coupling saddles, etc., as per standard specifications.

15 MM x 0.9 MM Copper Pipe inside sub line room [Oxygen & Vacuum] to Design, Fabricate, Supply, Install, Test, Paint and Commission of Seamless Copper Pipes with necessary Bends, Tees, Reducers, Coupling Saddles, etc., as per Standard Specifications.

Supply and fixing Gas out let points single lock self-sealing valve type [oxygen & vacuum] with S Bracket, Cap for all types, Button. The Gas out let will be capable of single hand insertion and would accept only correct probe for specific gas. The gas out let will be of 100% self sealing type, so that at the time of removal of probe, it will stop gas flow automatically.

Supply and Fixing 15 MM Isolation valve with brass adaptors [Oxygen & Vacuum]. All valves will be suitable for the pipe dia and will be of non lubricated 90 degree turn lever ball valves with PTFE seat, having opening by quarter turn of handle. Sizes will be appropriate for copper pipes with screw threaded ends.

Supply and fixing of BPC flow meter

Supply of fixing of 600 ML ward vacuum set with key plug [Vacuum including Hose Connection] * The unit comprise of one number vacuum regulator with gauge, both mounted on collection jar of capacity of 600 ml and with a wall bracker for mounting it on the wall.

2 Gas Alarm with Gauges supply and fixing of 2 Gas Area Alarm panel consisting of all necessary accessories is pressure gaue, regulators, hand valves etc., complete it including cost and conveyance of all materials complete finished item of work.
