Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered & rammed with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes etc. complete.

Providing Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size hard granite metal including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes, watering and curing etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete ( 1 : 2: 4) using 12 mm size HG CB chips incuding laying lowering concrete, wartering and curring & cost carriage royalty and taxes of all materials etc.

Brick work with Fly ash bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. per cum. A) FOUNDATION & PLINTH

B) IN SUPERSTRUCTURE

16 mm. Thick cement plaster (1 :6) over brick or stone masonry brick work with cst of all materials andper all labour etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 1 Sqm.

12mm. Thick cement plaster (1:6) for brick work with cost of all materials and all labour etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with wall cement primer of water bound of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade inculding cost of primer etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing Weather coat of approved shade on new work two coat to give an even shade inculding cost of paint.

Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with 12mm size hard granite chips including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes, watering and curing etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. A)column base

B)column & Beam

Supplying ,fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, cost & convaynce of M.S. Grill Door, Window grills & Gate etc. with fittings etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coat with any approved paint over a coat of primer to Doors & Windows with cost of primer,paint & labour etc per one sqm.
