Demolition of Concrete : Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Demolition of tiles: Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar.

Dismantling steel : Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

Surface Excavation : Surface excavation in soft/loose soil n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out

Removal : Removing excavated material(soils) exc. 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed.

Granite: Granite 25mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite

PCC : (M&L) - Design mix concrete M20 with 20 mm graded aggregate placed, compacted and surface formed even and smooth complete all as specified.

Hardcore : Hardcore with broken stone/ boulders of gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread, levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick and watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered tiles : S&F Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick (min. Size), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey pigment, Make: Classic/ Standard or similar as approved by EIC.

Wall Tiles : Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface min 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match Make: Johnson/ Kajaria/ Somany/ Orient Bell/ RAK
