Comprenesive maintenance and rapair including renewal/replacement of defective parts of all existing fire detection system complete consisting of addressable fire control panel, Remote Terminal Unit panels, smoke/heat detector, response indicator, sounder, Manual call Point, Amlifier, Loud speaker, Loop isolator, Zone monitor module, Modem etc. to make 100 % serviceability of the complete incl checking of fire detector, cleaning of detector by removing dust or dirt, cleaning of heavy greasy deposit if any, checking the connection of batteries, the alarm function of control and indicating eqpt be checked by the operation of trigger device in each zone as described, the system installed in Fire station every month during first or last week as directed by engineer-in-charge Note:- (i) Cost of new components shall be paid for separately under relevant items of schedule 'A" sec-1 Item No. 42 to 48. (ii) Contractor's rep will visit minimum once in a month to every panel and take serviceability certificate duly signed by the user. Disconnection the LT & Earth Connection of isolation Transformer of capacity 60 KVA and lifting it from its installation place and transportation to civil workshop at Tezpur for repair and transporting back to its existing installation and install at its original foundation complete including connecting the LT & Earth connection of isolation transformer foundation bolts etc including removing old painting by scraping and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, writing of SM No/MES No complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (1) Spare parts will be mesured and paid seprately under relevant items. (2) Cost of Transformer oil for cleaning by hosing down shall be deemed to be included in the qouted rates. (3) Gasket set ,LT side ceramic bushing spindle for LT Side for replacement shall be measured ans paid seprately under relevant items.

Reinsulation and heat varnishing of LT coil in local workshop by opening of 60 KVA isolation transformer , disconnected of both LT connection to coil, lifting of Core, filtration of oil up to specific dielectric strength of 35 to 40 KV if the strength is not achieved then change the transformer oil, cleaning the transformer oil tank, after that complete assembleing the coils, trnsformer oil, connection of sensor,and HT/LT spindle ,complete all as specified as directed.

Rewinding of isolation transformer 60 KVA capacity by super enameled copper wire as per existing gauge of primary coil with E class insulation varnishing and baking the coil properly fixing on core and making connection to achieve rated voltage and current all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only supper enameled copper Strip of aproved quality and suitable gauge for LT side of transformer as per the rated KVA requirment of the transformer of 433/360 KV grade complete all as specified and directed.
