REPAIR TO ROOF OF BUILDINGS IN TECH AREA UNDER AGE B/R-I AT AF STN JODHPUR

Taking down old exising roof treatment (APP membrane and plaster) including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. including removing debris out site of MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for minimum 40mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) in padding, finishing surface of concrete topping even and smooth without using extra cement including demolition of old cement concrete and remove the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, on existing concrete surfaces on roof, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be paid seperately as supply only.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for waterproofing treatment as under:- (i) Surface prepration : The surface to be treated should be sound and free from all types of dirt, dust and debris. Clean surface by brushing, scraping or chipping to eliminate all defective materials and foreign matter. Proper surface preparation needs dry mechanical grinding to expose base substrate. Making of angle fillets (75mm x 75mm) all around the periphery of the wall with polymer modified mortar using SBR latex plus. (ii) Construction joints : All construction joints and cracks > 1mm shall be treated by cutting V groove and filling with polymer modified SBR latex and reinforced with geotextile membrane dipped in PU liquid membrane before the 1st coat application. (iii) Water proofing membrane : Supplying and applying water-based, single component UV resistant elastomeric PU liquid membrane coating applied with brush/ roller having SRI >109 with an elongation of > 400% and tensile strength of 1.4 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, 80 % solid content, shore A hardness of min. 50 as per ASTM D 2240. The system includes final base preparation as per note given below, applying home sheild PU ELASTOSEAL BTD/ shali urethane BTD or approved equivalent in three coats at 2.8 kg per sqm providing 1.5 mm DFT, complete as per manufacturer specifications. Waterproofing membrane to be terminated on parapet wall in a V groove of size 25 mm x 25 mm atleast 300mm above FFL which should be sealed with polymer mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The application will be executed by company authorised applicator upon verification from the company.

Supplying only integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hosting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing etc. measured separately) exc. 250 Litres but n. exc. 500 Litres complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 500 Litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storatge tank of white colour in tripple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, connecting up pipes including 20mm bore ball brass valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight of ball valve - 210 grams) including dismantling existing tank and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 1000 Litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storatge tanks of white colour in tripple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, connecting up pipes including 20mm bore ball brass valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight of ball valve - 210 grams) including dismantling existing tank and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
