Providing & fixing suitable direct online/oil immersed star delta starter suitable for 3.00 HP motor of standard make such as bentex make with complete mobile control unit, fully automation, water guard unit etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.including entire carriage ofmaterial upto all leads and lifts.

Fixing 100 mm dia. G.I. pipe for the installation of submersible pump with proper anchorage at bottom & side with proprly enbended in concrete( pipe will be provided by the department free of cost)

P/L & fixing suitable size copper PVC insulated armoured power three & half core cable 4mm2 conforming to BIS 1554 (Part I) -1988 or latest with up to date ammendments of Siemen/Gloster/ ICC/EICO /National /IEC make from meter of HPSEB to circuit breaker & from circuit breaker to bus bar switch & starter (one cable carrying all three phases) including all other electrical equipment/accessories such as thimbles,flexible pipe,solder,nuts & bolts,cable glands etc. laid in pipes or trenches under floor. The type,size & make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities. In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost.

Supplying and fixing at site of Kirloskar/Kilburn/IVC/Fouress/ GLED/BHEL/Leader/ KSB make of suitable size cast steel double flanged swing check type sluice valve 32 mm dia. for delivery line of pump having bye pass arrangement and size one size larger than the nominal diameter of delivery size of pump and capable of withstanding nominal seat pressure as mentioned in item No. 1(a) + surge pressure and conforming to BIS standards with up to date ammendments. The class of valve shall be ASA 150.

Excavation in foundation and trenches in all type of soil such as pickwork jumper work Kankar, moorum, shingles including decomposed soft and hard rock etcupto all heights stacking the excavated earth not more than 3mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4approved sand:8app.graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5approved sand:3approved graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation and plinth including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1m thickness) attached pillasters,buttresses plinth and string courses etc. from top to foundation level upto floor two level and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.including entire carriage ofmaterial upto all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish. Including centring,shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like, floors etc., up to 200mm in thickness.

Vertical surface such as wall of (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillaster buttresses plinth and string courses and like and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves and their supports balconies beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level in all heights and depths includiing all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending,binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level.as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing Man hole cover with frames for man holes of size 500mm internal dia meter C I cover (medium duty) the weight of cover to be not less then 58 Kg including all leads, lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Laying and jointing in trenches galvanised mild steel steel tubes(light grade ) tube fittings( earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) for scoure and over flow pipe with all leads and lifts.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonery (uncoursed/ brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth levelling up with cement concrete 1 : 6 : 12 (1cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in cement motor 1: 6 (1cement : 6 sand) in foundation and plinth including carriage of material up to all leads and lifts.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrieses internal rounded angles chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in grith and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) including all leads , lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Enginner Incharge.
