Annual Comprehensive maintenance of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) type HVAC Air Conditioning System installed at W024 at TRC Bldg. which includes the gas charging, repair/replacement of motor, fan blade, repair/replacement of all minor and major parts like P.C.B., power/control contactor relays, capacitors, condenser & evaporator Coils, including replacement of compressor, providing all manpower, tools and plants like ladder, stools, spanners, testing equipment’s including consumables with no cost charge to the Institute at any height/any floors as and where required, and as directed by IISER Kolkata authorities ---- (i) 2 Nos. 14 HP Capacity ODU with Model no. RAS 140HNCELW, Make : Hitachi (ii) 5 Nos. 4.0 TR Capacity Cassette Type IDU with Model no. RCI -5.0FSKDNQ, Make : Hitachi. (iii) 1 No. 2.0 TR Capacity Cassette Type IDU with Model no. RCI -5.0FSKDNQ, Make : Hitachi.
