Taking down carefully unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring light/fan/sockets out let/power point complete (fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, pendent holders etc. are to be measured separately) and/or drawing out from existing conduit/batten and making good disturbed surface of walls/floors/ceiling, complete all as specified.

M&L Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed (FRLS) multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volt grade enclosed in and including PVC casing and capping with accessories fixed on surface on walls/ceiling by means of PVC sleeves Dash fastners and cadmium plated screws all as per ISI including sunk type boxes for mounting fitting like switches, socketes fan regulators with 3 mm thick phenolic Laminated sheet top covers concealed in walls etc including 1.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed for the following

(a) One light / fan point controlled by one way switch complete

(b) One 3 Pin socket out let 5 Amps on the same board with other switch.

(c) One 3 pin socket out let 5 Amps on the independent board.

All as per item No.2 here in before but wiring with 2.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor unsheathed and 2.5 sqmm copper conductor unsheathed cable as earth continuity conductor for one 3 pin 15 Amps socket outlet point on independent board.

M&L Concealed point wiring complete with multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including modular metal box with modular cover plate of suitable size as required at site for housing the switches , socket outlets, fan regulators etc.and making good the disturbed surfaces to match existing all as specified for the following :-

(a) One light / fan point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified

(b) One bell point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified

(c) One light point controlled by two way switch complete all as specified

(d) one 3 Pin socket out let 5 Amps on the same board with other switch.

(e) One 3 pin socket out let 5 Amps on the independent board.

All as per item No.4.00 here in before but with cable of size 2.5 Sq mm multistranded copper conductor unsheathed and 2.5 sqmm copper conductor unsheathed cable as earth continuity conductor for one 3 pin 15 Amps socket outlet point on independent board.

M & L Sub main wiring using two single core 6 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawing in and including PVC Casing Caping/PVC Conduit accessories like bends, tee, etc fix on wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly and including 6 Sqmm earth wire, PVC insulated & unsheathed all as directed. Note: (i) Two runs of 6 sqmm and one run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM. (ii) Necessary plastering in the disturbed surface of wall and distempering /white washing to match the existing colour shall be included in the unit rate quoted .

M & L Sub main wiring using two single core 4 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawing in and including PVC Casing Caping/PVC Conduit accessories like bends, tee, etc fix on wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly and including 4 Sqmm earth wire, PVC insulated & unsheathed all as directed. Note: (i) Two runs of 4sqmm and one run of 4 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM. (ii) Necessary plastering in the disturbed surface of wall and distempering /white washing to match the existing colour shall be included in the unit rate quoted .

M&L Earthing complete with copper plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 3mm burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 meter below normal ground level as per plate No 3 SSR Part I (with top edge of earth plate not less than 4 meter below ground level) connected to copper earth lead strip 20x3 mm by means of tinned copper / brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers besides brazing at all joints all as directed and connected to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, earth electrode, earthing lead from electrode to equipment/substation/panel adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) 6mm thick CI cover with round bar handle, GI light grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh, and 40 mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate, electrode, 600x600x6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, & washers of GI as shown in electrical plate No. 2 of SSR Part-I. Connected to earthing test point all as specified and including necessary earth pit PCC 1:3:6 chamber be 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 chamber cover with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover, watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 15mm dia unto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refillling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including demolition of old and unsv existing earth pit and removing from site .

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40 mm bore,medium grade, 2.5 mtr length burried dirictly and preferablyvertically in ground with top edge not les than 1.25 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 sqmm size upto 7.5 meter long by means of bolts,nuts check nuts and washers of all galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.2 of SSR Part-1 and connected to test point including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock strata,funnel with wire mesh and watering pipe (GI light grade) 20mm dia,PCC pit with 50mm thick PCC cover etc. including testing on completing but excluding GI protection pipe for earthing lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Galvanised iron wire 4 mm dia burried in ground or fixed on wall complete all as directed.

M&L Galvanised tubing light grade 15 mm bore complete with all accessories burried under floor , or fixed on wall all as directed for earth lead protection .
