OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF 27 MLD STP AND 7 WETWELLS OF HOSAPETE CITY AND MOTOR MAINTENANCE AND CHEMICAL MAINTENANCE OF STP IN HOSAPETE CITY

The bidder must satisfy either of the following conditions and must have carried out electromechanical equipment related works in a 27 MLD or higher capacity ASP technology plant a. Be a direct supplier or an authorized dealer of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the supplied equipment already installed, or b. Be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the equipment already installed

The bidder must have experience in supplying sewage treatment-related equipment to a sewage treatment plant (STP) of 27 MLD ASP capacity or higher, executed within one year from the date of bid submission. The supply must have been carried out either directly as an OEM or through an authorized dealer

The bidder should also have operation and maintenance (O&M) experience in an ASP plant of not less than 27 MLD capacity, with or without a valid work order from a government body. The vendor may also submit proof of any O&M works carried out in the above-specified plant in government sections, under warranty or any other criteria

Alternatively, the bidder should have executed electromechanical works in an STP with a capacity of not less than 27 MLD ASP Plant

The bidder should also have experience in Disc Filtration Treatment Systems and must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of a Disc Filter Plant. ( Optional ).

The bidder must submit a valid Labour Registration Certificate issued by the competent authority.

The bidder must submit a valid ESI Registration Certificate issued by the competent authority

The bidder must upload valid ESI remittance documents for a continuous period of the last 3 years

The bidder must submit a valid EPF Registration Certificate issued by the competent authority.

The bidder must submit a valid PAN Card in the name of the participating bidder

The bidder must hold the following valid certifications 1) ISO 9001/2008 Quality Management System (QMS) 2) ISO 45001/2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS)

Bidder should posses valid Firm / Company registration certificate issued by completent authority

The bidder must have achieved a minimum annual turnover of 3.89 Crore in any of the financial years 2023 to 2025, or in the current financial year up to the date of bid submission. Supporting documents such as audited financial statements or CA certified turnover certificates must be submitted as proof.

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 58.40 Lakhs as per the prescribed format (Credit lines/letters of credit/ certificates from nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement etc

The bidder must submit a valid GST Registration Certificate

The bidder must submit a Notary Self-Attestation regarding agreement to the terms and conditions as per bid doc, on stamp paper of face value Rs 500
