Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering of 1:4:8 with cement coarse sand and 40 mm graded stone in foundation.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

B/Work F.P.S. brick of class designation 75 in super structure with 1:6 cement and sand mortar including all cost of material labour T&P etc for proper complition of work.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

20 mm cement plaster 1:3 finished with a floating coat of neat cement in Dado including all cost of labour material T&P etc for proper complition of work.

Providing and fixing M.S. Tubular frames for doors, windows, ventilators and cupboard with rectangular/ L-Type sections, made of 1.60 mm thick M.S. Sheet, joints mitred, welded and grinded finish, with profiles of required size, including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.Fixing with carbon steel galvanised dash fastener of required dia and size (to be paid for separately)

Providing and fixing of glaass strips in joints of terrazo/cement conrete floor 40 mm wide and 40 mm thick.
