M & L for Routine servicing of DG set including Engine, alternator, electric panel board connection to DG set as per OEM check list & maintaining proper records of the same and submit to Engineer-in-charge after every maintainance. Battery charging system , level up Electrolite and specific gravity, Leakage in fuel lines & connections of fuel pump, Leakage of Lub. Oil and cooling system, hose pipe & connection, belts tension, fan hub drive pully and water pump and cleaning of water separation and cooling system, Cleaning of radiator by draining out of Coolent, checking of all hose pipes, nut & bolts and tightening properly including checking of leakages, Reset the complete switches in automatic lighting connection, Cleaning of complete D G Set, check and tightening of all nut & bolts including replacement of U/S parts , oiling/ greasing of all movable parts and unusual vibration, Leakage in exhaust system and exhaust restriction, drain out condensate trap. Repair of leakage/ maintenance of water cooling system. checking of all hose pipes, nut & bolts and tightening properly including checking of leakages. Check all electrical connection of alternator and control wiring, Check all earthing connection of DG Set, repair the same if required. Drain out old used engine oil from the DG Set cleaning the sump Properly including opening of “B” check kit.Filling of Engine Oil 15W40 or as recommended by the manufacturer, Qty of Engine Oil is specified sepeartly.Opening of all filters such as diesel filters, oil filters, Air filter and other required items. proper cleaing of the items and reinstalling or replace the same if required. Testing the D G Sets after completion of work. Repair and labour cost of item is included in quoted rates and replacement of new items/parts will be measured and paid seperatly under relevant items for DG set of following capacities and located at various loactions :- 20 to 40 KVA
