REPAIR TO FENCING, PATH, WALLS AND MISC ITEMS IN AA BANAR, JODHPUR

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good distrubed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of damaged Barbed wire of any description and in any position removal from site of work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage .

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 Cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 by using 40 mm well graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type-D2 by using 40 mm graded stone agg as in foudation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement on external surfaces of concrete surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed as a level n.exc 1.5m above starting point. Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rolled steel section as in posts, struts and staples in fencing including cutting to top to shape (swan neck) as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary bolting or riveting welding etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Barbed wire, Galvanized steel, 2 strand 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75 mm spacing straining and type of standard rails, straining bolt, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc ( each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamalled paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces exc 100mm width or girth, including preparation of the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type, weight not less than 2.80 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires/ MS round bar (Any numbers), any mesh, size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire (Note. Supply of flat iron, MS round bar & chain link shall be measured and paid seperately under supply only)

Supply only MS rounded bars Fe-290 (Gde-165) 10 mm dia and over cut to length and bend to shape as required as in tie bars, secured with nut, bolt and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 12 mm dia MS screw bolts any size (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other ends, fitted with washer and one one hexagonal nut exc 5cm long but n exc 10cm cmplete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC floor and pavings (un-reinfored) n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and including floor finishes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as in base concrete to floor finish complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for pre-cast concrete block as in Kerb Stone (Machine made) with solid blocks Type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for square rubble walling Jodhpur type regular course well bonded bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser Item No 25 above but except stone complete all as specified and directed

Extra over on stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone with maximum depression on face from straight edge n exc 20mm and dressing faces beds and joints as specified and square rubble walling regular course Jodhpur type complete all as specified and directed.

Raking out joints/pointing to squarred rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for keyed pointing to stone masonry surface in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for removal of old debris laying scattered around bldgs in Md Accns, blocks (offrs, JCO/OR) and OTM accn including picking, collected up, storing in trolley of cap approx 2.50 Cum and throwing away outside the defence area all as specified and directed. Note : Gate pass for each trolley shall be signed by Engineer-in-Charge.
