S&F 15mm bore medium grade, galvanized steel tubing (including in short lengths) with and including all fittings, concealed in the walls & ceiling or laid in floors, also including cutting chases of the required size and making good the same after fixing of the pipes in CM (1:3) to match with the adjoining surfaces including taking down old one, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 1 above but 20 mm bore pipes.

M & L for coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) of approved size, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match with the shade of tiles, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) of approved size, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match with the shade of tiles, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured vitrified Ceramic tiles (Light shade) 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) of approved size, area of each not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match with the shade of tiles, over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 41 above but in skirting/dado on vertical surface and including 10mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles of size 450mmx 300mm , 6 to 7 mm thick on the vertical surfaces such as in skirting / dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with the shade of the tiles, over and including 10mm thick cement mortal backing coat in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality, glazing for steel surrounds with & including oil putty, in squares n exc 0.50 sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 45 above but sheet glass frosted on one side.

S&F in reapair galvanised steel wire cloth. 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and including stainless steel wire staples etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc, surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement including provision of 10 mm joints (at an interval of 3 metre and turnings) duly filled with fine sand and bitumen in the ratio of (3:1), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory fabricated Hydraulically machine pressed cement concrete chequered tiles of size 300x300X25mm thick (with grey cement and pigment), set in neat cement slurry including provision of 20mm thick cement screed bedding layer in CM (1:4), tiles joints shall be grouted and immediately after grouting, the joints shall be pointed flush in separate process in CM (1:3) mixed with pigments to match the colour of the Tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base of flooring even and rough, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Water proofing treatment to sunken slab (i) Top of RCC slab in sunken protion incl peripheral beams shall be plastered with 15mm thick in CM 1:3 using approve water proofing compound @ 3% but weight of cement finished even and smooth using extra cement curved at the jucntion (ii) Apply two coats of epoxy resin/ polymer modified cementatinos coating like brush bond of fosroc or equivalent both on floor and beams (iii) Sunken slab to be given 1:20 slope outward 25mm GI pipe spout with 300mm projection beyound outer surface of wall shall be provided (iv) Water tightness of unken portion to be tested by ponding with water for 72 hrs. In case of even a slight mark of seepage the portion to be treated and ponding shall be carried out again to confirm the water tightness of sunken slab(v) The sunken portion will be filled with lean concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using bricks aggregate to required depth,Complete all as specified and directed.
