M&L in replacement bird proof nylon net fixing with 4mm dia GI wire 600mm X 600mm mesh made up into matteresses ,cages and lapped wire and laid in position with suitable arrangement etc complete in side of hangers and as approved by GE (Height of bldg up to 15 mtrs), complete all as specified and directed. Note :-The pattern and size of nylon rope/net will be approved by GE.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillets of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, size of grid 605 x 605mm including hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI, flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 7mm thick pvc laminated ceiling tile of size 595mm x 595mm in ceiling fixed with screw, u angle, Tee and all other accessories which will required to fixing the celing as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for polyurethane concrete floor coating system on existing concrete pavement laid in flat or sloping complatible to take ESD self levelling conductive floor coating average thickness of 6mm laid on conductive primer all as specified and as per manufacturers instructions and of approved colour, complete all as specified and directd.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base finished even and fair surfaces without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Non-skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finished in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (Ist quality) 300 x 450mm x 6-7mm / 300 x 200mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces as in skirting / dado, set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white /coloured cement to match the shades of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles (Ist Quality) light shade10 mm thick (Square / Rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n. exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finished in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No 10 but as in skirting, dados/Vertical surfaces over and including rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 rough finished surfaces to receive tiles.

Dismantalling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, GI sheets etc) including ridge and eaves sheets in roof covering, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws (Height of bldg up to 15 mtrs), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 0.63mm thickness Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap, fixed with coach screws and washets in roofs, wall etc with grade of zinc coating 275 (Height of bldg up to 15 mtrs), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Fibre glass reinforced transluent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc, fixed (Height of bldg up to 15 mtrs), complete all as specified and directed.
