Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc. 1.5 Sqm but n.exc.4 Sqm each complete.

M&L Pressed steel frames of section 125 x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strick plate etc complete.

S&F flush shutter of 30 mm thick solid core construction, with block board core and ply wood with commercial type both side and bothside face is covered with deco rative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete.

S&F 300 mm aluminium alloy, anodised sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and staples complete.

S&F aluminium alloy handle 150 mm cast type anodised complete.

S&F 150 mm aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete.

M&L for preparation of newly wooden surface of any description not otherwise descsribed over 10 cm width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete.

M&L for preparation of newly steel surface of any description not otherwise descsribed over 10 cm width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping bed plate for hold fast etc including necessary from work etc complete.

Demolition of stone slab of any description or thickness in floor, aprons etc. Laid bedded and pointed in any mortor complete.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick Size not less than 550 x 550 mm over 20mm thick screed in CM 1:6 base laid and jointed in grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

All as per item No 12 but as in skirtig/dado, steps of stairs etc on 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:6 complete.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured wall tiles in vertical surface 300x 200/350x250/450/350mm &7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over including 10mm thick rendering in CM : 1:4 complete.

Taking down cement plaster from brick/concrete surface including racking out joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surface on wall finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete complete.

M&L for complete removal of exisiting treatment on wall surface and apply two coat of oil Bond distemper over 3mm thick wall care putty and priming coat complete.

M&L for prepartion of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkaline resistant primer complete.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatement of walls by dust proof wall sanding machine/building walls grinding cleaning machine and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer after preparation of wall surfaces complete .

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n exc 15 cm thick ( above or below GL) complete.

Demolition of brick work built in cement morter including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, complete.

Demolition reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete.

M&L for brick work with bricks built in CM (1:6) straight or curved exceeding 6mtr mean radius complete.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded agg 75 mm thick for laying of floor etc complete

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, grating etc with end of bars shouldered and/ or riveted welded forged into spikes, framed guard bars, angels, MS flats,railings and similar work complete conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) nominal mix as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves complete.

M&L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc complete.

M&L for Provision and application by brushing of treatment to reinforcement by application of corrrosion resisting coat in two coats, suitable time to be provided between coats according to manufacturers instructions to resist further deteroriation of reinforcement etc complete. Make Fosroc/piditlite or equivalent

M&L for provsion and application of approved epoxy based bonf coat on concrete surfaces or sound bonding of cold and new concrete surfaces complete Make Fosroc/ pidilite or equivalent

M&L for Making of profile of structral memebers with polymer modified mortar in damaged areas 1:3 ( Cement:sand) mortar with 5 -10 percentage addition of latex polymer, w/c ratio of 0.35 in 20 mm thk layers / including leveling etc complete . Make Fosroc/ Pidilite or equivalemt

M&L for complete removal of loose/ cracked concrete including reinforcement if required from RCC roof projection, chajja, fins, facia etc and making good with PCC (1:1.5:3) type A0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) in any slab and in any position finsihed the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement including necesary formwork and welding/binding of reinforcement ( including new reinforcement) if required complete and applying 3 coats of white wash / 2 coats of cement base paint to match with existing surfaces complete ( Note reinforcement will be measured and pai seperately under respective items)

M&L for MS TMT bars 8-10 mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking/ Binding/ hooping of coloumns/hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire ( annealed) not less then 0.9 m dia or securing with clips complete

Supply only water proofing compound.
