Quoted rate shall be including removal of old damaged tiles / existing flooring up to required thickness, preparation of the surface and the cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) & all materials complete all as directed.

FALGY Brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar (1:4) including cost of Cement (PPC-Ramco, ACC, Ultratech, Nagarjuna & Jaypee) and all materials & men etc., complete

Providing and lay water proofing treatment consisting of: (i) removing the old dagamed bituminous layer if any (ii) rearrangement / placing of manglore tiles (material issued by HSL) and levelling the surface (ii) Application of Shalibond CS at 0.7Kg/Sq.M, cold bituminous adhesive for fixing waterproofing membrane (iii) Providing and laying STP (Shalimar) or Sika Atactic Ploypropylene Polyme (APP) modified layer prefabricated waterfproofing membrane having minimum thickness 1.50mm. Providing and fixing thermochol false ceiling with grid made Powder coated alluminium (with 50 micron) T-sectios 35x15x1.5mm size main runnners 23.5x19x1.5mm fixed to main runners placed 600mm square. The frame work shall be suspended from ceiling by leel adjusting hangers of 6mm dia M.S rod fixed to roof wooden rafters by means of ceiling cleats and dash fasteners. The suspenders shall be placed 600x1200mm centre to centre including fixing to the frame with C.P brass screws etc., complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick panelled doors of second class teak wood with anodised aluminum butt hinges of required size with necessary screws etc., complete (over all area of door shutter is to be measured).

Removing and refixing of existing wooden shutters (if old shutter is not available provide a new shutter) after removing old damaged glass panes and replace with new glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm) with putty and nails wherever necessary and replace the butt hinges including racking out the old putty and handing over of useful glass panes etc., complete. (wooden shutter area is to be mmeasured)

Taking out existing wooden doors and cutting to required length for laying floor tiles and refixing the doors (wo or one shutter) after repairing and refixing to the existing door frames, including replacement of old butt hinges with screws and providing damaged hardware materials like tower bolts, handles and alsdrop where ever required etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Aluminium wire mesh of 1st quality to exiting wooden partition wall including providing of side wooden beadings to all the sides etc., complete

Supply and fixing of marine grade plywood of 19mm thick in cup boards including two coats of enamel paint over a primer on both sides including required hinges, tower bolts and handles for shutters and required support memebers for horizontal members etc., complete

Removing old paint by machine scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. including necessary scaffolding and staging where ever required etc., complete all as directed.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns, sunshades & chajjas etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rustremover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles etc., complete all as directed.

Supply and apply the NitoZinc primer of fosroc make to the existing prepared surface of reinforcing bars to protect from corrosion complete all as directed.

Providing building up of isolated damaged portions in coloumns, sunshades, ceilings etc., whereever required using polymer modified cementations mortar with cement sand ratio 1:3 using Nito bond SBR/ approved equivalent at the rate of 7lts/ bag of cement to an minimum thickness of 25 mm to 50 mm over the primed surface usisng Nito bond SBR in 1:1:3 by volume (Nitobond SBR :water: cement) after cleaning the rust on existing reinforcement and applying red oxid paint. Repair mortar has to be applied before priming coat dries, if the bonding compound dried it should be re- coated) and curing the repair mortar after competion of repair work with Nito bond AR (1 part of water by volume) as a curing membarance at a coverage of 8-10 Sq.m / lit cost including scaffolding & staging work up to 10 M height and wherever necessary, all complete as specified and directed by the engineer in charge.

Apply two coats of premium quality acrylic Interior emulsion paint over a coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (Royal shine), Berger (silky luxury) including including application of putty at patch works to maintain even surfacenecessary scaffolding and where ever specified by Engineer etc., complete all as directed.

Apply two coats of snowcem paint of required colour to external walls including necessary scaffolding and where ever specified by Engineer etc., complete all as directed.

Providing Two (2) coats of white washing with suryacem / Hitech gold to ceilings and whereever required after thorough scrapping, sand papering and cleaning the surface to give even shade etc., complete all as directed.

Providing two (2) coats of synthetic enamel paint to wooden rafters, door & wooden frames and shutters and where ever specified (on wood surface / on steel surface) (after removing the rust by using wire brush or sand paper for steel surface / clean the surface of wood) of approved brand (Asian / Berger / Shalimar / Nerolac) and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work including applying prime coat complete all as directed
