ESTIMATE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PIEZOMETERS UNDER ATAL BHUJAL YOJANA (Depth upto 51m)

Shifting/transportation of trolley mounted DC/DTH Rig Machine with its accessories such as drill rods etc. up to site. (1 Job for each well)

Drilling of 200mm Bore Well by DC Rig Machine. (51 Mt. for each well)

Drilling of 150mm Bore Well by DTH Rig Machine in mix soil reach followed by 100 mm drilling in hard rock reach (Total 51 Mt. for each well)

Water Supply Charges for drilling work.

Providing & Lowering of 100 mm dia CM/CM Casing Pipe (confirming IS :12818) assembly : (42 Mt. for each well)

Providing & Lowering of 150 mm dia CM/CM Casing Pipe (confirming IS :12818) assembly : (15 Mt. for each well, depends upon wheathered depth above hard rock ),

Providing of 100 mm dia CM/CM Ribbed Casing Pipe (confirming IS :12818) assembly : (6 Mt. for each well)

Providing and filling of Pea-Gravel of size 2 mm to 4 mm dia from Lalkuan quarry into bore well. (0.45 Cum for each well)

Providing and fixing 100 mm dia threaded PVC end cap. (1 No for each well)

Providing and fixing M.S. Pipe of 150mm dia. (confirming IS : 1239) (1.2 Mt. for each well)

Providing and fixing 150 mm dia M.S. Clamp (1 Set for each well)

Providing and fixing 200mmx200mm square MS plate including 04 No. Fastner set.

Earth wrok in excavation in trenches for foundation in ordinary soil lift up to 1.5 Mt and lead up to 50 Mt (PWD SI. 251) 1.5mx1.5mx1.0m = 2.25 cum (2.25 Cum for each well)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 cement, fine sand and brick ballast 40mm size in foundation and flooring with ramming and dressing etc. complete work with all material, labour T&P as required (PWD SI. 275). 1.5mx1.5x0.15m = 0.3375 cum (0.338 Cum for each well)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone ballast 20 mm nominal size) including suppply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work (PWD SI. 279(b)). 0.8mx0.8mx1.2m = 0.768 cum 0.60 m x 0.60 m x 0.15m = 0.054 (0.822 Cum for each well)

Fabrication of Security System as per design. (1 Job for each well)

Development of bore well by 3 HP Compressor. (10 Hrs for each well)

Borehole Logging

Fabrication and supply of angle iron sign board of frame size 1.20x0.90x1.95 with cross strips and beading of size 30x4mm welded on frame size 10x40x5 mm frame and M.S. sheet of 18 gauge as per drawing and design including all labour and material, etc. reqd. (1 No for each well)

Painting of angle iron sign board with double coat primer and enamel paint of black colour on frame both side and sky blue on M.S. sheet both side (1 Job for each well)

Writing on angle iron sign board both sides of given matter with Post office Red colour Florescent paint as per drawing and design. (1 Job for each well)

Fixing of sign board legs on cement concrete block of size 0.30x0.30x0.60m in ratio 1:3:6 as per drawing and design including all labour and material (2 Per Leg for each well)

Carriage charges of sign Board from site to site of Piezometer.

Tentage charges ( 1 Job for each well)

Reduced Level survey work and fixing of latitude, longitude incluing all labour, T&P, etc. ( 1 Job for each well)
