REPAIR TO ROOF SHEET, FALSE CEILING AND OTHER ROOF RELATED WORKS IN ZONE-I AT LANSDOWNE UNDER GE LANSDOWNE

M&L in repair for providing E-boards, ceiling, 4 mm thick with J framed work with main Tee of size 24 x 28.5 mm made out of PGI sheet .3 mm thick double at web and single at flange, flange coverd with powder coated sheet 0.25 mm thick and wall angle 24 x 24 x .45 mm powder coated for ceiling , ceiling boards 60cm x 60cm x 4mm thick , suspended with GI wire 2mm dia and 2m average length with adjustable hanging device complete including plugging in brick/stone walls with steel rawl plug @ 600 mm C/C Ceiling board shall be pressed to the ceiling tee with staple clips at all four sides and painted with two coats of oil bound distemper incl making good all the disturbed portion complete all as spd & directed by GE/Eng-in-Charge.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any desription on brick or stone walls including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two coats i.e. 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces brick or stone masonary surfaces and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing liquid compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing admixture of make-pidilite or equivalent.

Material & labour for Rendering 5 mm thick CM 1:3 on brick or concrete surfaces of ceiling /chajja's finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of wall & applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantiling of timber scantling 40 Sqcm and above in section in any position, unframed work, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of timber scantling in fillets, rafters, purlins etc under 40 Sqcm unframed works in section complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed (Make JSW , CRILL COLOUR ROOF LTD, TATA BLUE .)

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed (Make JSW , CRILL COLOUR ROOF LTD , TATA BLUE) .

S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised zinc coated @ 120 gm / Sqm, corrugated mild steel sheeting in roof with two corrugations side lap fixed coach screws and washers , in roofs walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specifed and as directed (Make JSW , Tata , SAIL).

All as per item No 15 here in above but except sheets and providing & fixing with new ‘L’ or ‘J’ type hook and washers complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F for 0.63 mm thick plain galvanised mild steel sheeting using grade ‘O’ sheets with 120 gm Zinc (Spelter) coating Per Sqm both sides inclusive, as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing fixed with ‘L’ or ‘J’ type hook and washers complete all as specified and directed (Make JSW , TATA , SAIL).

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class soft wood as in scantlings, fixed in unframed work clean swan complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for second class soft wood clean swan plain fillets, square, rectangular in section screwed with nails exc 13 & n.exc 25 Sqcm complete all as spd & directed.

S & F for 20 mm thick 2nd class hard wood boarding planed one side with butt joints and fixed with nails as in roofs, ceiling, partition, fascia, barge, soffit etc. (except flooring and skirting) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rough cast wired glass 6.40mm thick and glazing with oil putty in square or rectangular exc 0.50sqm but n ezc 0.75sqm each pane fixed to metal frame with screw or nut-bolt as in north light fixed windows in roofs including Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness , size , quality or description) from wooden frames or stone , concrete or bricks surround , glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.
