Providing & fixing of manually operated M.S.PPGL, gate in clear span, gate shall be manufactured by using good quality PPGL FRP material & shall be reinforced by using 38 mm x 38 mm X 1.60 mm thickness heavy duty M.S pipe, heavy duty Square threaded Rod of Dia meter 50 mm with heavy duty nut suitable for rod shall be provided for lifting & lowering operation of the gate, to facilitate ease of operation heavy duty hand wheel of size dia 450 mm shall be provided, greasing box shall be fixed on the gate for automatic greasing to the square threaded rod. The frame shall be fabricated out of suitable M.S section's size of the frame shall be made to suite the gate in width and height, plus lift of the gate, frame and supporting structure shall be coated by FRP material. Providing and laying three coat of anticorrosive and antitoxic surface coating for MS pipeline. The paint shall be applied after removing the scales and rust over the pipe by wire brush. Paint shall be applied uniformly to achieve uniform coating of average DFT of 60 microns per coat with the brush. 2nd coat shall be applied over the 1st coat after 8 hrs. the process shall be repeated for the 3rd coat.DFT for the final coat shall be 35 microns . Final surface shall be uniform and shall have total thickness of about 150 microns . The rate is inclusive of material , transportation up to the site of work including labour, machinery as required etc. complete . All three coats shall be of distinctive colour as approved be Engineer-in-charge.

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides,foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 m and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.
