Rewinding of motor with super enamel copper wire with existing gauge, turns, providing sleeve, varnishing with 'E' class insulation varnish including cutting and taking out existing burnt out winding, cleaning complete including testing after rewinding copper at user site and complete testing.

S&F in Repair/replacement of Star Delta starter for pump motor 15.0 HP capacity at user site and complete testing. (Make: L&T/Havells/Standard)

M&L for Cementitious Coating - Floor (Horizontal/Vertical Area) : Prime the area with slurry by mixing one part of acrylic polymer with two parts of neat cement i.e. in the ration 0.50kg acrylic polymers and 1 kg cement. Apply two component cementitious elastomeric polymers base water proof coating on clean and dampen surface with stiff fibre brush. Apply first coat @ 1.25kg per sqmt per coat in one direction . Apply second coat when the first coat is touch dry @ 1.25Kg per sqm per coat in perpendicular direction to first coat direction. Allow to dry for 24hrs before moist curing. Do not apply water through a hose or pressurized nozzle. Protection screed 25mm thick M-15 grade screed adding of integral water proofing liquid 200ML per 50Kgs of cement PCC to protect the treated surface on all horizontal surface. Work should be process with guideline as per methodology, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make :- FOCROC/BASF/STP or its equivelant.

M&L for Epoxy Coating (Approved by CFTRI) PRIMER : Apply two component penetrative epoxy based primer @ 160gms per sqmt on cured surface. Note, the moisture should not be more than 5%. EPOXY COATING : Apply food grade epoxy coating tested by CFTRI @ 500 Gms per Sqmt in two coats. Apply two coats at right angles to each other. This way the second will cover any blemishes of the first coat. Allow first coat to become tack free before the second coat is applied. Work should be process with guideline as per methodology, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make :- FOCROC/BASF/STP or its equivelant.

M&L for Polyurethane Top Coating (Approved by CFTRI) PRIMER : Apply two component penetrative Polyurethane Top Coating @ 160gms per sqmt on cured surface. Note , the moisture should not be more than 5%. PU COATING : Apply two component, liquid aliphatic polyurethane based UV and weather resistant coating approved by CFTRI @ 300 Gms per Sqmt in two coats. Apply two coat at right angles to each other. This way the second will be cover any blemishes of the first coat. Allow first coat to become tack free before the second coat is applied. Work should be process with guideline as per methodology, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Make :- FOCROC/BASF/STP or its equivelant.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43/10Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over old painted surfaces including preparation of old surfacs after complete removal of existing treatment, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples or wooden beads, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.
