Maintenance and operation with One skilled Ref Mech per shift of 8 hours each for three shifts per day on all days including Sundays & Holidays for Package A/C plant of capacity (13.7 TR x 3). (Location : 41 ED). The unit comprising of : (i) Compressors - 03 Nos, (ii) AHU, (iii) Condensing unit, (iv) Cooling tower and Electrical control panel including refrigerant control system and maintaining of log sheet all as directed. Shift Timings:- (i) First shift:- 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs. (ii) Second Shift:- 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs. (iii) Third shift :- 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs

Location : Hawk Simulator (OLD FTD HALL). The unit comprising of : (i) Compressors, (ii) Condensing unit, (iii) Air cooled cooling coil, (iv) Air blower unit, necessary electrical and refrigerant control system etc, complete including maintaining of Log sheets all as directed. Shift Timings:- (i) First shift:- 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs. (ii) Second Shift:- 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs. (iii) Third shift:- 2200hrs to 0600 hrs.

Maintenance and operation with One skilled Ref Mech per shift of 8 hours each for two shifts per day on all days including Sundays & Holidays for Liquid chiller A/C plant of capacity (3x48 TR) at EEC/MEC Block and (3 x 33 TR) Capacity at Tettra School. Location : EEC/MEC and Tettra School Block. The unit comprising of : (i) Compressors, (ii) Condensing unit, (iii) AHU, (iv) Chiller water pumps 03 Nos, (v) Air blower unit, with necessary electrical and refrigerant control system etc, complete including maintaining of Log sheets all as directed. Shift Timings:- (i) First shift:- 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs. (ii) Second Shift:- 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs Note : (i) General cleanliness of AC Plants and DG Sets to be maintained. (ii) Monitor/Recording of following parameters i.e, Voltage Current, Eng Temp, Oil Presser, RPM for DG Sets and SP, DP, OP, RH and Temperatures of AC Plants as per format in Log sheets. (iii) Daily checking of DG Sets to be carried before starting. (iv) No of shifts in each installation will be as directed by Engr-in-charge.
