Taking up or down 50mm steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 25mm steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old serviceable GI pipe 50mm dia and connections in new or old position with all fittings and fixtures (walls, ceiling, floors) all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old serviceable GI pipes 25mm dia and connections in new or old position with all fittings and fixtures (walls, ceiling, floors) all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of pipes and getting out all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of pipes and getting out all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft disintegrated rock not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of pipes and getting out all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cutting of road/hard standing/floor shall be measured as soft/disintegraded rock. (ii) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of the cost of making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in loose soil all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 50 mm dia gun metal gate valve with iron wheel screwed both ends for iron pipes of size 50 mm all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs gun metal gate valve with iron wheel screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 25 mm all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 100 mm dia class PN 1.6 sluice valve in spigot and socketed DI pipe line all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 100 mm dia reflex valve in spigot and socketed DI pipe line with bypass arragement all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 100 mm dia cast iron air release valve with two air outlets in DI water supply main line all as specified and directed.

Construction of valves pit chamber having internal dismention 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm (internal) using 150 mm thick PCC Type D-2 (1:4:8) 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundation , 200mm thick PCC Type C-1 (1:3:6) 20mm stone aggregate block masonry wall built in CM (1:4), 10 mm thick rendering all around the block masonry work in CM 1:6, 100 mm thick PCC type B1 (1:2:4) for coping with 20mm graded aggregate for grouting MS frame including 6 mm thick MS top sheet cover with locking arrangement including 50 mm pad lock with duplicate key arrangement, MS frame made out of 60 x 60 x 6 mm thick angle iron including painting of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primers including necessary excavation in any type of strata, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres all as specified including demoletion/ dismentling of existing valve chamber all as specified and as directed.

M&L MS sheet 6 mm thickness box chamber of size (1.00 x 1.00 x 2.00) metre valve pit with opening and closing door fixing MS sheet cover 6 mm thick over angle iron frame of size (1.00 x 1.00) metre with locking arrangement , all steel surface is to be painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer incl preparation, stucture of 200mm thick PCC block masonry for box chamber made from precast PCC block Type B-1 (1:2:4) 20mm stone aggregate , fdn for box chamber using PCC Type B-1 (1:2:4) 20mm stone aggregate 150mm thick with PCC lean base concrete Type D-2 (1:4:8) 40mm stone aggregate 150mm thick and including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata any type soft loose/hard dense/rock including all as specified and directed.

Laying only in trenches/floor ductile iron spigot and socket type 100 mm dia IS-8329( K-7), including S&F all types of fittings such as bends, unions, sockets, elbows, Tees, Reducers, nuts & bolts and etc) and all accessories and all as specified and dierected. Note : DI Pipe of dia 100mm shall be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing
