Man Power Supply for maintainance of Dam & Camp and Water management of LBC, RBC, Distributaries of Hirehalla Project for the year 2025-26

The intending bidder should furnish the Registration Certificate of labour licence issued by the Labour Department with requisite validity.

GST Registration Certificate.

Copy of Income Tax Returns filed. Financial Year 2023-24 (Assessment year 2024-25)

EPF registration Certificate

ESI Registration Certificate.

The bidder should have an annual financial turnover of minimum of two times of the amount put to tender (Work Rs.117.06 Lakhs,) in two financial years during the last five years (i.e,.2020-21 to 2024-25). Certificate issued by the Chartered Accountant should be enclosed & mention UDIN No. (Additional weightage at 10 percent for each year shall be given for turn over to bring it to 2025-26)

Liquid assets and /or available or credit facilities of not less than amount put to tender (Work Rs.17.56 Lakhs) credit line or credit or certificates from nationalized bank or schedule bank for meeting the funds requirement etc., usually the equivalent estimate flow for 3 months to make advance payment to labour service

Tenderer who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under. Assessed available tender capacity - (AxNx1.5-B) Where, A - Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N - Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited - 1 Year. B - Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 1 year (Period of completion of the works for which tenders are invited)

The Contractor should furnish the name of the individual/firm with address & mobile No with Place of registration year of incorporation etc. If it is a Firm, Registration Certificate issued from the Registrar of Firms.

The intending bidder/firm/company should have satisfactorily completed similar Labour oriented Man Power Services of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender Of (work Rs 29.26 Lakhs) during the last five years from 2020-21 to 2024-25 The Work Done Certificates should be obtained duly signed from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division An additional weightage of 10% each year will be added to the cost of the work done in previous years to bring it to the present price level 2025-26.
