Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the demolished material to a distance exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed, complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and removing from site complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement Concrete of any description (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonary or other than fair face of brick work including surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint, over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base floor/floors and paving etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggre) as in sub base for tiles in floors complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rubber moulded Machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 of size 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, shape and colour as directed, with grey cement and pigment, laid dry over and inluding 25mm thick screed river washed sand cushion as in floor, complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for rubber moulded Machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block confirming to IS 15658-2006 of size 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment, laid dry over and including 25mm thick screed river washed sand cushion as in floor, shape and colour as directed complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 10 to 12 mm thick vitrified unglazed and unpolished, scratch resistant, matt finished coloured tiles (square/rectangular) of size not less than 300mm x 300mm as in parking/hardstanding etc over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, set, jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour/shades of tiles complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete blocks masonary with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width in PCC B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) & set in cement mortar 1:4 in walling as in kerb block, one edge chamferred and finished complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing angles in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide primer of same make complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Restraining and resecuring barbed wire fencing including making good staples etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in Repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing ortying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mildsteel wire, staples or steelpins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only old retrieved Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing ortying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mildsteel wire, staples or steelpins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing galvanised steel punched type concertina coil of 1050 mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched) (weight of the concertina coil not less than 14 Kg/coil and opening length should be minimum 8.0 m) & fixed to angle iron post/struts with 3.15mm dia GI wire complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length bent to shape required incl crancking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for formwork to sides and soffits of beams, lintels, shelves,cantilevers, overhangs etc with flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in kerbs, coping, plinth courses, bands etc and similar works complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought to courses, curved on plan to a mean radius not exceeding 6m, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per item Ser No 25.00 above but except stone

Supply & fixing in repairs solar stud made out of Aluminium housing and precast construction solar powered by SIEMENS monocrystal solar panel 2W 120mA type of battery NI-CD 1.2V 2500 m AH & flash rate 2 Hz or 70 Hz view distance over 300 mtr. Fitted with 2 Hz EL-805-3 picces each side on 2 ends total 6 pieces LEDs, flashing up to 12 hours of light at Night and solar battery automatically charge in day / sun light duly fixed with cement and hardner. 125 X 125 X 85mm. in Red / Yellow colours complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair Solar Flasher pole mounting with protection cover any colour, complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Roadstar No GPF 800 P, or equivalent from 3M, Green light, Dark eye or any ISI marked make as approved by the GE.

Supply & fixing in repairs Cata Stud (Cat's eyes) made out of ABS Plastic with beams two sides fixed with high intensity grade Retro-Reflective Sheeting in Red/Yellow colour having fixing provision of nails two numberscomplete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Roadstar, 3M, Green light, Dark eye or any ISI marked make as approved by the GE.
