CERTAIN REPAIRS TO BOUNDARY WALLS, BARBED WIRES, CONCERTINA COILS AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT NOFRA, NAUSENA BAGH, NAE, MES COMPLEX, INS SARDAR PATEL, NCB AND INAS

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, ashlar facing, dressed stonework, precast concrete artilcles and precast concrete block walling etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or terrazzo from brick walls of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L Squared rubble walling with Porbandar stone masonary in CM 1:6 brought to courses, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.3.00 above but except stone, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of Porbandar stone masonary surface in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge .

M & L for preparation of old treated steel surfaces of any description(Steel gates , Embedded Angles etc ) , over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified.

Dismantling of post and struts (wood,steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

M & L for providing RCC type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggr.)in precast post fencing post straining or terminal post strut etc. for fencing average sectional area exc.100sqcm but n'exc 250sqcm with or without chemfered angles and flat splayed rounded or meterd tops as directed and fixed.

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed .

M & L for Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, Gates, Grating drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded agg) in foundation filling of post holes, grils, etc complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) as in repair Complete all as spd and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking Down and Re- Fixing in Existing Barbed Wire with Restraining , resecuring including making good staples etc Complete all as Spd and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F of Concertina Coil, punched tape 2.48 mm dia high tensile spring steel wire, dia of coil 610mm, when stretched the length shall be 6.00m in one coil and tied to barbed wire with and including provision of steel clips @ 5 clips spiral in one row complete without coating and taking down old concertina coil all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down Existing Steel Gate of Size upto 3 Sqm each panel and applying greasing, Oiling and aligning with necessary provisions of Cleats , incl Welding works with beading etc Complete repair with Workable Condition and Refixing in Same positions Complete All as spd and Directed By Engineer in Charge. (Note :- Additional Providing steel sections shall be Measured and Paid Separately)

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, compound wall etc. laid dry beded in any mortor complete all as specified.

M&L 20mm thick Granite (of any type)tiles machine cut, in skirting/dado /Pillars etc laid over CM 1:4 , 15mm tk cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete (unreinforced) complete including removing debries ouside MD land all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50mm thick Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection,Floor topping etc , surfaces finished of concrete flooring with brooming complete all as spd including provision of necessary construction joints filled with bitumen filler etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L in repairs for Stainless steel letters of height 15 cm to 50 cm in English all as directed & specified by Engr -in-Charge.

S&F in repairs for Aluminium Composite Panels in all colours, any shape, of approved brand for external/ internal wall cladding at all heights and elevations including necessary aluminium composite panel consist of 3mm thermoplastic core of anti oxidant LDPE sandwitched between two sking of 0.50mm thick alloy sheet making a total sheet thickness of 4mm. The surface shall be finished with PU base coating on the top side and service coating on the reverse side shall be with a polymer paint. The system to be fixed to the brick/ stone/masonry/RCC walls/framed structure with necessary clamps, bracket and anchor fasteners fixed over and including stainless steel screws, nut bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicon sealent for groove filling, bracker rods etc, complete all as per manufactuerer instruction and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. All clamps and brackets shall be hot dipped galvanised minium 20 microns, (items include cost of GI frame, ACP Panels, Cramps weather sealant, gasket, foam, fixtures, scaffolding, all machineries and any fastening strips, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, etc. complete all as specified and directed.
