Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of High mast shaft of 12 mtrs in single sections hot galvanized Steel plates confirming to BSEN 10025:1993 suitable for wind speed as per IS:875,part 3 with raising lowering system comprising, head frame, lantern carriage suitable to install Minimum 6 Nos. 250 W LED luminaries in asymmetrical arrangement, double drum winch, 6 mm diameter SS wire rope, Two number 5C X 2.5 Sq.mm tinned unarmoured copper conductor EPR insulated & PVC sheathed trailing cable from Junction Box of lantern carriage to control panel, one number 3CX4 Sq.mm, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed unarmoured Copper conductor cable for Power tool from control panel, connectors, 415 V, 32 A, 3P+N+E Plug & Sockets, integral power tool motor with mechanically tripping facility & manual handle, terminations Junction Box, lightening finial including the followings. High mast tower shall conform to tender specification & as required complete in all respects. Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template. Construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 meterdepth with all materials and labour. Erection of the high mast including all accessories with the help of suitable tools and plants. Installation, testing and commissioning of 250 W LED Flood lights upto 6No's or as per site requirements and 01 No.Omni directional single Type aviation obstruction light on the existing lantern carriage including wiring of all luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 2.5 sq. mm from Junction Box of Lantern Carriage to individual light fittings, lugs, mounting accessories and all labour etc.

Supply of LED flood light luminaire with secondary optical lens having minimum output of 20000 lm and rated power not exceeding 250 watts with 5 years warranty designed with Powder coated Pressure Die Cast aluminum housing, frame , MS mounting bracket, integral driver with Surge protection, heat resistant toughned glass, Conforming to IP 65/IP66 protection etc. complete as required. (LED & Power Drive Should meet the AAI Specifications)

Supply of Omni directional single type aviation dome obstruction LED light fitting comprising of aluminum housing and polycarbinate diffuser suitable for operation on 230V;50Hz AC single phase power supply etc. complete as required.
