The bidder shall also upload client satisfaction letters for the aforementioned AMC orders as proof of satisfactory performance

The bidder must have successfully executed a minimum of Rs. 35 Lakhs and above in past two years

The Bidder should be a Private Limited Company, Partnership Firm, Proprietorship Firm, Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), or Government Agency incorporated in India. A copy of the valid registration/incorporation certificate shall be enclosed as proof of legal entity status

The Bidder should have a minimum of 2 certified engineers, and certificates should be uploaded

The Bidder should have ISO9001 certification

PAN card copy, IT returns statement, Balance sheet, and profit & loss statement of financial year 2022-23,2023-24and 2024-25.

Annual turnover statement certified by CA for the financial year 2022-23,2023-24 and 2024-25. The annual turnover of the firm for the last 3 Years should not be less than Rs. 75 lakhs.

GST registration certificate

Signed Tender Application Form with the Name of the Firm with full Address, contact details, E-mail address, etc. on letter head of the bidder.

The Bidder should have a registered office and service center in Bangalore.

The Bidder should completely inspect all the ICT equipments and capture the configuration with make and model, and the same should be captured in the Solution document, been acknowledged by The Registrar (Administration), Maharani Cluster University.
