Comprehensive maintenance of OTIS make (Srl No 52 NM 7271 ) electrically operated automatic passenger lifts and its control, safety and ARD system with automatic steel sliding doors (both car and landings) operated with selective/collective control variable voltage and variable frequency (V3F) control drive system and ARD facilities to serve/functional from ground floor to 5th floor (G+5) carrying capacity 10 passenger at DIBER Haldwani, the lift and accessories in perfect working condition with the repair/replacement of all defective/worn out parts/components and lubricating of the lifts by gear oil, grease including cabin fan, alarm system, emergency light, maint of sill (car and landing), cleaning and locking arrangement of lift machine room, maintenance of acarylic sheet of lift car, transparent glass for door (both car and landing) and all as required without affecting normal functioning of lift complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Comprehensive maintenance of OTIS make (Srl No 52 NM 7272) electrically operated goods cum passenger lifts carrying capacity of 1000 Kg and its control, safety and servo control with collapsible gate (both car and landings) operated with selective/collective control to serve from ground floor to 5th floor (G+5) carrying at Bldg DIBER Haldwani, the lifts and the accessories in perfect working condition with the repair/replacement of all defective/worn out parts/componenets and lubricating of the lift by gear oil, grease including cabin fan, alarm system, emergency light, repair & maint of collapsible gate, cleaning and locking arrangement of lift machine room, maintenance of acrylic sheet of lift car, transparent glass for door (both car and landing), including two coats of synthetic enamelo paint after complete scraping with the help of emery paper including all major/minor spares complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge Notes for srl Item No 2 & 3 :- (i) Replacement of parts required at site, shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Schedule here in after as ‘supply only’ . (ii) Necessary T&P i.e. ladder, tools, etc required for checking and making the lift/elevators in serviceable conditions, its fixing in position and testing shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost for checking. (iii) The mechanic will fully check both the lifts and its major components and give his suggestion for servicing /repair/replacement of that parts so that maintenance can be carried out before any major fault in the lift. (iv) Required nuts, bolts, screws,oil and grese, insulating tapes, internal wiring wire consumable lubricant for topping up and other minor items excluding the required spares parts for repairing and operating the lift/elevators in serviceable condition, will be arranged & supplied by the contractor and cost of which is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor in above respective item. (v) Contractor’s quoted rates is deemed to include for inspection/checking/ adjustment / caliberation and setting to insure the serviceability of the Lift/elevators and removing the damaged unserviceable / broken parts, fixing the new parts as required, and testing of lift/elevators as directed.

Supply, installation, testing & commisioning in replacement of microprocessor based lift Main controller panel with all connected accessories for smooth functioning of lift alongwith providing & fixing new VVVF (variable voltage variable frequency)drive rated for 7.5 KW, 3 phase motor in compatibility to existing lift including required kits, circuit modules, replacing of logic interface PCB, Encoder, harness kits,WAGO connectors, hardware kits etc including dismantling the old drive and accessories with connections complete as required.(Lift Make:OTIS,10 Passenger,G+5 floors)

Supply & fixing in replacement of automatic rescue device complete of 1500 VA capacity with connected accessories, connector, wires, sealed maintenance free batteries as required for automatic evacuation to nearest floor in case of power failure/ single phasing etc suitable for 10 passenger lift of OTIS make of serving upto G+05 floors i.e total six landings complete all as per specified and as directed .Make :- As per OEM recommendation. etc

Supply & fixing in replacement of Car Operating Panel (COP) flush mounted manufactured from minimum 1.5 mm thick stainless steel .The panel must feature haireline integrated layout containing luminous , floor selection buttons with high contranst LED illumination , tactile symbols. the COP incorporate Digital Position Indicator indicating car position and travel direction arrows, an overload warning indicator, an emergency alarm button etc suitable for 10 Passengers lift of OTIS make serving upto G+5 floors i.e.total six landings complete all as per specified and as directed .Make :- As per OEM recommendation. etc

Supply & fixing in replacement of Landing operating Panels (LOP) compatible with existing 10 Passengers lift of OTIS make serving upto G+5 floors complete all as per specified and as directed

Supply & fixing in replacement of Reed switch complete including connected fixing item required at site suitable for 10 Passengers lift of OTIS make serving upto G+5 floors i.e.total six landings complete all as per specified and as directed .Make :- As per OEM recommendation. etc
